Not sure why, but everything still works fine, chills the wine perfectly! We like the dual zones for when we have red and white in there. I enjoy a bubbly wine from time to time but I've noticed most of those bottles don't fit, so I just stick them in my regular fridge. Overall still a great wine cooler.

Should have went with this brand initially. Thus far works great. Wine is chilled perfectly. Two level cooling for reds & whites. 2 separate thermometers. Remover to clean the fan screens and water reservoir from the back.

I have the bottom set to 47 for whites, I opened the door to add 5 bottles and the temperature readout jumped to 64. An hour later it is still at 64. I have had this issue since I bought the unit. Whether or not it is accurate I wouldn't know. It is extremely frustrating to open the door and have the temp plummet. Then take hours to get back to the set temp. Looking to replace this with something more accurate.
