When i received it, it was missing one leveling foot, but i emailed Whynter customer service with a couple pics and they sent it right over no prob! The hygrometer is pretty cheap and i wasn't able to configure it, but my digital one i put in works just fine and it is holding great temp and RH between 65-70. The shelves and drawers are great and just stuck a couple bags of humidity beads on a plate on the bottom and good to go! Time to start filling her up!

The digital temp control does not respond to up or down commands, and just resets to a default or 54 degrees. Also, the actual interior temp is ten degrees warmer than the displayed temp. Fans run constantly, and humidity dropped all the way down to 50%. Jan 19, called Whynter cs, said warranty is out of service but they did send me instructions to troubleshoot take pictures and get back to them. Glad I believe in extended warranties, returning the item for service or replacement. In the meantime. I unplugged it and using it as a upright box with Boveda 75% 2-way humidity packs which seems to be working very well 67% / 68 degrees. I would recommend only with an extended warranty. Worked great for a year.
