I ordered this online and picked it up at the nearest Best Buy. It's best to bring a hand dolly to carry it at pickup, as it's quite heavy. Setup was fairly easy. The slot that fits in the window can adjusted with a pin that can be inserted into the holes on the side, so I can make it fit just right. Setting up the venting tube was a bit of a challenge, since it kept popping out at either end whenever I moved the unit, but I eventually got it to fit more snugly. To drain the water, I inserted the little draining tube in the back of the unit and put a bucket underneath to catch the drips. I dump out the water from the bucket every couple of days. It keeps a small bedroom cool really nicely. It's pretty loud when it's on cool mode, but I don't mind. I like that it has an auto function where it switches to fan mode if the room starts to get colder than the set temperature on the unit. The remote (batteries are included) that comes with it is really handy. I highly recommend it. I wish I did this sooner!

This a/c really cools well. It's just noisy. But it sure helps when your central air unit goes out.

This portable compact ac works great & user friendly

Purchased this after fighting with a number of window A/C units. This one will allow the family to move the unit between rooms. The remote is also convenient, allow me to control the air conditioner from bed.

This unit worked great all summer for my bedroom which is a decent size. We tried it in the living room but it didnt really help so we moved it to the bedroom. It's quiet enough to sleep while having it on.

Overkill for my small office but out jets the job done, relatively quiet in eco/sleep mode.

We couldn't find tubes long enough to evacuate the water outside so we have to empty the water twice a day.

Love my new portable air conditioning unit. Very easy set up, and cooled the room off right away. Much more efficient than my old unit!

Ran great the first year kept it cool. Now going on the second year I had it and it does not cool down the same room . I cleaned all the filters and had to use the controls on the machine as the remote does not work,even put in new battery in.
