Have a old house and a mini-split would not work for us. Perfect solution. No more lifting up a window air conditioner to place in the window.

Dual hose design gives very effective cooling. Window insert could have been better made. I had to use weather stripping and caulk to seal insert and hose connections.

We love this powerful Air Conditioner. We needed something that could handle high ceilings. The dual hose makes it very efficient.

Woulda been 5 stars had it not been beat up and parts missing , remote missing and pieces of plastic broken off . It did work good , as far as portable ac’s go, still a 8,000 window ac will be the same strong as this 14,000 btu ac, also rated 9,500 on the side , don’t know why these have 2 ratings . You can’t adjust the air flow btw , and it shuts off when it wants too even though it’s not close to being 64 degrees . Witch is what I set it too. I’d get LG if I was you.

AC unit, super greatnfor big room, one of the best I have tried!

Unit was easy to install. We ran this through an outside wall. We did place a deflection plate between intake and exhaust as the intake will pull exhaust in. So far so good.

This airconditioner meets my expectations. Its very cold in fact we have to turn it off halfway due to coldness.

A/C unit works good, but I hadn't checked actual dimensions before purchasing. It is huge and has two 8" flexible hoses for intake and exhaust which are a nuisance and quite large. If you are looking to put it in a room where you expect it to be inconspicuous, forget it. Check measurements for where you are going to mount it before purchasing.

No issues with the AC so far. Works great and cools down my room quicker than my previous NewAir AC.

Very attractive unit that was quieter than expected. Efficient in cooling rated area room in reasonable time.
