Seems like a good unit. Runs properly but arrived with a damaged basket, which makes it less useful. Need this unit urgently to stock frozen food. company will not replace damaged basket.

Original one was dented. Returned to local Best Buy and ordered a replacement. All good with the replacement. Great help both in store and on the phone. Price match was easy too.

My only downside is that it builds frost over a time of about 2-3 months leading to routine defrosting cleaning.

Freeze has exceeded my expectations it is silent, vibration free and stay's well below 0. Plus when it starts there is only one small click to let me know it's turned on.

Thid id judt whst we needed for our old house. Our big freezer went on the blink and we didn't have room for another this one does just what they say. We are having the kitchen remodeled so we are going to buy another.

I bought this freezer for my mother and she just loves it. Especially the way the door opens like a fridge.

Bought this freezer to fit into tight space and act as overflow for the kitchen. Looks good, fits into space. Easy to install. Holds quite a bit.

Very quiet and holds more than I expected. Table top level makes it easy to reach and see the contents.

Exactly what I wanted and I was able to get the color desired. Perfect fit for the garage without being bulky. I needed a little extra freezer space and this met the beef.

It’s pretty good although like other buyers I am not thrilled with having to defrost. Defrosting a freezer is so foreign it didn’t even occur to me to check. Other that that it works great. I plugged it in and it was ready to use within 2-3 hours
