The video game was easy to install and works just fine. I didn't have any problems with it so far and I'm very happy with my purchase. I definitely recommend it.

It looks and acts like a new system and I'm very happy with it. I'm glad I found this deal instead of paying full price for a new system.

Refurbished is good as new

I was extremely satisfied with the order/delivery process and would definitely order from Best Buy again. It was very well packaged and included all items.

Wii no good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ordered Wii from Best Buy received it 2nd day,hooked up insert disc made some noise and displayed system error,this was accurately repeated several times,wife was upset of since I bought it for her as a birthday gift,returned to Best Buy store and purchased new unit-works no problem.Short story had bad luck with refurbs including this Wii does not pay to go through the aggrevation to save $30-40.

Did not work

I have to say, Best Buy has been very very good at handling the situation... I would recomend buying from best Buy, we just got a dud...

Wasn't able to detect any of our Wiimotes...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.... so, after lots of trying (with 4 existing Wiimotes and the one that came with the unit) we had to return it. We bought a new unit, which worked perfectly. So I can't the recommend the refurb Wii program. Perhaps we got the one bad apple in the barrel.
