I really enjoy the Wii U. Between Mario Kart and smash bros how could you go wrong. And it comes with two enjoyable games with it. Only things I don't like are the game pad, some what limited 3rd party developers, and the price point is high for a Nintendo system. Also the amount of players on Mario Kart online can be some what limited at times. Non the less an awesome console for all ages to have good fun with buddies on.

Our Wii lasted for years and we finally made the plunge; well worth the upgrade. The game pad is still taking some getting used to; when playing a lot multi-player games, the person with the game pad seems to have a big advantage though.

I was debating between buying xbox one OR Wii U, and glad that I made the right choice, this game console and games are more kids friendly. Lot more variety of games. My kids are enjoying it and I do join them sometimes to have some fun.

Is essentially an updated Wii with a couple great new features. The first is having HDMI output in HD. Didn't realize how terrible the Wii looked on a large HD TV until now. The second being the new controller with screen. Allows for me to play the system while allowing some else to watch TV in the same room. Originally didn't think this would be anything beyond a novelty, but was proven wrong when finally playing.

This is a great system for the whole family to enjoy. There are tons of exclusive titles that are fun with just one or a ton. Fairly easy controls to learn and they are starting to really make use of the second screen on the game pad.

This system is a great system to have if you like to play with family or friends. also, if you have an original Wii, you can use your wiimotes for this system. lots of the classic series are on it now like Mario Kart and Smash bros.

This device has exceeded my expectations. It has appealed to all three grands, from age 6 - 12! System was reasonably priced and came with starter games in a bundle. Highly recommend all accessories or the system is not as functional.

The graphics are great and the games are fun. The Wii U is a great value with free online play and a free digital copy of Super Mario 3D World already installed. The Wii U brought back all the fun memories I had with the Gamecube.

The game super mario is cute and fit my 5-years-old son's need. However, my son can only clear the first two courses, which means this game will accompany him for a long time.

I miss my old nintendo and all the games I used to have growing up! Now it's like they have come back but updated! Brings back the good ole times! I love that I can play donkey kong, mario, and zelda all over again as an adult!

This is great for children. All the Legacy Wii items work on it. Sensor bar and controllers from old unit plugged right in and configuration was easy. I picked this over Xbox and PS3/4 because the games are more interactive. Also, the game selection ( in my opinion) has more games geared toward children and less violent. If I was buying for me, I would have gone with PS4 but this was for the kids 5 and 7 year olds.

The new Wii U is a great next gen console. The ability to play your game on the Wii U controller is excellent. You can continue to play your game while someone else watches TV or plays another console. The flexibility is awesome.

As a Xbox one & PS4 owner, I have not been a fan of Nintendo since the old snes & N64 era, however with the release in 2014 of games like new Mario Kart, new Smash Bros, Bayoneta 2 & Hyrule warriors plus the incoming new Star fox & Legend of zelda, was just too good to pass, the games of the bundle are average for me but the other games justified my purchase, the fun has been there since day one, i am really enjoying playing Bayoneta and Mario Kart, eagerly waiting the release of Star fox. I decided to purchase this bundle since was the one available at best buy before my reward points expire it. The console is scratch magnet the UI is minimalist/simple, the control is too big for my taste, (consider to purchase the wiiU pro controller if you dont like the feel as myself), the graphics or console power is just enough to enjoy the games on good quality. Overall i consider the console good enough with really great games already available.

i am very happy with the purchase of this gaming system! Nintendo never disappoints. Easy to use, sets up quickly. The colors of the games are beautiful and the graphics are terrific! And of course the games are so much fun!!! :)

Excellent to pick up for the first party games. All the nintendo games on this system are amazing. I get my 3rd party games on PS4/Xbone but the polish and game play on the 1st party games is amazing. The game pad is ok to use.

I got this a gigt for my gf for xmas and we have played it quite a bit. I used to have a wii and its all the best parts of the wii plus a lot more and I was also weary about the new controller but really have gotten to like it.

I love the Wii u. I have always been a fan since the old Nintendo 64 system. I like how you can use the console in another room. My nephew has a medical problem and is able to play while receiving his meds in another room

I have been wanting a Wii U for the past year now and when I finally managed to purchase one I was not disappointed. With the current line up of games that the Wii U provides it definitely gives you hours of fun and enjoyment.

Held off for a long time, then Smash came out and had to pull the trigger. My entire family plays mario world 3d, and it's tons of fun! still frustrating bubble mechanics with my youngest, but fun nonetheless! Very intereting use of the gamepad to interact with things, and the screen switching is nice. Fully compatible with wiimotes and wiimote +'s, so that was nice not to have to buy any new controllers.

The Delux Wii U comes with a charger for the game pad which is really a good thing as it needs to be charged at least once every 6 months. The new console works with my Balance Board which is why I replaced my old console.
