I wanted to get this from day one but I wasn't able to. Got it on a black friday deal. Great graphics, sound gameplay and there have been a lot of updates and dlc that have come out since ot came out. Good buy if you like monster hunting.

Really enjoying this game. Yes, it's more or less a monster hunter clone, but it's done well and is quite a bit more accessible than Monster Hunter due to some more simplfied gameplay elements (for example, no need to monitor your stamina or weapon sharpness.) The monsters, weapon options, and environments are all great. Theres a gimmick where you can produce wooden structures in an instant, and so far those don't really feel super impactful other than a couple of them. Performance is very good for PS5, contrary to the supposed bugginess with the PC version. Overall as a Monster Hunter fan I'm impressed with the attempt and hope it does well enough to keep the series going. It hasn't quite reached the level that it is aiming for, but is worth playing for fans of a genre that really has no major contenders to speak of outside of Monster Hunter.

Good game, especially competing with monster hunter series. However the many bugs in the game do make it distracting. Overall the experience has been positive and moneys worth it. If there happens to be a sale I would highly recommend it.

Pretty good game. It is no Monster Hunter, but it does have some cool mechanics. It has fun co-op play and great explorable environments. If you like monster hunter it is similar experience.

Cool game where you hunt monsters, but a little janky combat.

If you are a fan of Monster Hunter, Dauntless, Toukiden or God Eater, then this game will be right up your alley. The game is not as hardcore as Monster Hunter but still holds it on in the genre.

Playing on PS5 I have played MH since the first on PS2. Combat is truly trash... Feels jankie, I agree with everything. I played for a while and the graphics, gameplay and everything is just stolen from other games mashed up together. Can't recommend and regret spending 90$ on it. $20 DLC and base game... Feels really unfinished and just bad in general. Not even close to a good MH style game. Check steam reviews. They're having issues with the game too.

I see a lot of review saying is like fortnite meets hunter hunter. And honestly close enough lol, BUT I find it really fun, even with the "hit box " complaints. The karekuri really makes you have to analyze how to go about dodging. My only complain is the graphics, for a ps5 game it could definitely have better quality.

This is a very very underrated video game that is an action, adventure and RPG game. You are missing out if you are only attracted to the box cover because this is a very fun game and very innovative and different than Monster Hunter. You craft and build huge structures that serve as a trap or a weapon to take down 20 ft huge monsters. The action never gets boring at all. There are some slowdowns due to frame rate drop but that shouldnt stop the gameplay.

This is a game that takes the Monster Hunter Formula and adds a nice little twist to it. You are given 3 opportunites/lives to hunt a defeat a monster around open stages, but are given special traversal and combat tools called kakaguri. You use resources to craft this kakaguri and take down the kimona (monster). All in all , it is a very fun game but does have some issues such as frame rate drop and texture resolution. I give it a 4 stars, would recommend.

I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve seen a lot of comparing Wild Hearts to Monster Hunter. It shares a lot of the same concepts and is similar, but I would by no means call Wild Hearts a “clone of Monster Hunter”. I find the combat system and style to be far less tedious and more diverse than MH for one. It has some minor flaws but well worth picking up imo.
