Works as advertised. I use it in my RV instead of buying the more expensive one and works flawlessly. Improved my signal from 1 or 2 3G bars to 1 or 2 LTE which is perfect for watching streaming videos and playing some playstation using my phone as hot

Average gain I'm getting is about two bars. Parts of the unit do get hot, you can't be stupid with it. I am impressed with the quality of the antenna cable and plenty of length. I installed this on my '05 Excursion.

I work in the oil fields in West Texas, out here there is almost never good signal strength. As soon as I purchased this priduct and went back to work I realized why everyone out here loved them. They are great!! I am able to use my phone in the middle of nowhere now! Thanks Wilson and BestBuy!!

I love this boo st. Has i mproved our ability To communicate while on the road. Easy to install and easy to use. Actually put the phone in a safer position for driving.

item does work great. Attaching your cell phone is easy, but needs to remain there for the item to function.

This allows me to make calls reliably. I leave the phone in the cradle, and use a bluetooth headset.

I use this phone booster when I go out of town to work! It's awesome.

Decent cell phone booster does what it should has only failed me a couple of times when I was very remote, other that that it works good.

This item is good if you want something that is stationary and not mobile. It did amplify signal where it is weak.

Signal in west texas sucks with this I can actually use my phone

I purchased the Wilson 3G first & saw no difference when attaching my Samsung Galaxy III 4G phone. I then purchased the Wilson 4G booster. Jim has the same phone as I do. We tested the product by attaching my phone to the system & comparing cell phone bars to Jim's phone while we drove thru California Gold Country for over 3 hours. Even with moving the cell phone antenna, dead spots were still dead spots with both phones. When comparing cell phone bars, occasionally the "boosted" phone had an extra bar - but within a minute, it was gone. I cannot recomend for California Gold Country.

Not suited for any real gain. Handset has to be in the cradle. Not a practical product. Did not provide any gain in my application.

I noticed one or two complaining that it didn't work. You have to have, at least some signal to boost. I get a very weak signal, on/off 1 bar in some areas. This unit more than doubles it & on some days 4 of 4 signal bars. The 2 drawbacks are the slides holding the phone become loose but ok once the phone is inserted. Also on my Kia sportage I can't have the cable out the top of the door jamb in heavy rain, or it drips water. Put it to the door handle side but well above where the latch is. I accidentally closed it near the latch not in it but pinched cable being in a hurry.
