Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.pleased my findings is that Verizon doesn't cover the areas they say they do and blamed my device. Well, screenshots prove no service then 3g or no mobile connection then 4g with this booster. My note 3 uses 1900 hz on a barely 2450 hz Verizon antenna, then add the Samsung loading up during a lost of network will drain my battery. this helps save my battery better signal.

You should know, IT IS A BOOSTER, Not a signal CREATOR. 10 x 0 is still 0. This will increase your existing weak signal in bad spots & fringe areas. It comes with all you need to use it, booster, antenna, cables, various mounts, etc. In very weak signal areas, the unit has to do more BOOSTING so it gets quite HOT at the USB charge plug & coaxial connection. According to the telephone help it is normal & can get up to 150 degrees in very weak signal areas. It comes with a 2 yr warranty. They have a mount you can get that connects to the A/C vent. I no longer have problems with dropped calls in my house on cloudy days or in some fringe areas of the "Coverage Map" for Cricket. I was also TOTALLY OUT of area covered and I could still send text messages in many of the areas in the mountains of Idaho. Over all I am very happy with this product.
