    This Winado Piccolo Snare Rocks. Better yet, Winado Customer Service are the absolute best! Fedex totally screwed up, 18 days they had it but subcontracted it out to a smaller delivery service, The Winado reps cancelled the delivery, sent me another via USPS and it arrived it fine shape and under a week, they we're so good to me, I will purchase from Winado in the future and their customer service reps are concerned and have much empathy for their customers. Great snappy snare, very happy i bought it and Winado cares like no other online seller I've worked with, Thank You Seller
