Best Buy installation of the LG window unit (also taking out the existing unit) was quick and professionally completed. I am taking advantage of the LG remote, app, & WiFi/Alexa capabilities. I now have the ability to make the area cool and refreshing before going into the space.

Easy installation. Quiet running. With plenty of power and keeps my garage nice and cold. Will keep a slightly larger atea cold.

I ordered the air conditioneer for my sister in law and her husband. It was delivered and is helping them. The fellow who installed the conditioner did a excellent job

I actually underestimated this brand and product prior to my purchase. I made up my mind to get it, based on recommendation by the sales representative who attended to me on the day of purchase. I got it installed by BESTBUY part of my perks of being an Elite member plus being a total tech. member. Very nice A/C. Its very quiet, works adequately so much so that when I cool my apartment for couple of hours. When I shut it off I can still feel the coolness as if its still on. I essentially got my money's worth and peace of mind.

I like the air conditioner, it’s perfect for the bedroom, but the installer didn’t put it in the window properly...when it rains, it leaks on the wood frame, & he broke my blind, & it can’t be fixed?. What can you do to help me out, I’ve always shopped at Best Buy, but I’m not happen with the installer at all! Can anything be done about this? Please respond! Thank you

I'm very happy with this air conditioner. It cools off 2 rooms and that is awesome. The installation was excellent and the workers were friendly and did a great job.

The air conditioner I ordered arrived on time, and the installation was fast and efficient. Unless you are super confident, installing a unit, I highly recommend paying for the service.

Premier Logistics did a great job installing a LG 1222ivsm AC window in a bedroom. They were neat clean on time. Took less than a hour to install. In Northern California. Thank You Premier logistics.

The ac is Economical.very cold and it’s easy to install . Highly recommended for small room .

The technicians took out the old unit and installed the new one quickly and neatly. They came with all the necessaryaccessories for the installation. And they relocated the old unit to the garage for us. Nice guys and very professional!

The gentlemen were very professional and helpful. They even walked me through the settings after installation. My only complaint has nothing to do with the installers. I find the installation fee is rather high. The A/C cost was $199, but the installation fee and haul away was actually more expensive. The combined fee for installation and haul away was $259. The fees were more expensive than the unit. As a senior citizen I cannot remove and install an A/C, so I have no choice but to pay it.

So far so good. Runs good and cools the living room well. My only issue and the reason I won’t give 5 stars is that the app that controls the AC is unable to change the temperature but only turns it on and off. But I can still do it woth the supplied remote control. Also I saw the same AC for about 100 bucks cheaper at BJs. Otherwise it’s good.

Air Conditioner is great as advertised with was in the store. Turns out it was better model than what was shown in the website. Overall 5 stars. But breaking it out the installers. They would not put on slip ons to not get mud on carpet. We then put down pet pads and was kicked away. I suppose that request should be made in advance.

The install was not good 2 weeks waiting and no one showed i complained to the store and cancelled Installation, i got credit for it .Bad installers in the group.

So far, so good. It took quite a process to actually get the AC installed by your people, but it's now working well and helping me withstand summer's brutal heat.

Fast and polite. Work is done within half an hour.

My air conditioner is overall working well. It has good settings on it and the blower things to distribute the air fairly well.
