Great product. Was installed nicely by the Best Buy guys. Seems to not fully register the temp and energy savor. Sometimes turns off for no reason.

I purchased the install with my air conditioner and I'm glad I did. Installer was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and pretty funny. He noticed a problem with the air conditioner plug and quickly resolved the issue by returning the faulty air conditioner and coming back the next day with a new one. He installed it and it works like a charm. Installer was awesome!

This is a good working AC. It keeps my living room cool and if I want only the fan on it keeps the room temperature mild especially at night when the temperature outside drops.

The guy did a great job. Very efficient, quick and polite. He cleaned up all the packaging and made sure his feet was clean before he came inside.

The unit really does the job as advertised. I use a fan to blow cool air to other parts of the house. The remote control is convenient and manages all functions.

The installers were great, however the product was less so. The condenser didn't work, so there was no cooling. The fan worked, but was loud even on low. Some weeks later, a second unit was installed. This time it worked, however the noise was no better than the first unit. It's louder than any other window mounted air conditioner I've ever had; it's even louder than my portable air conditioner. That being said, it does cool fairly well. Still, I would look for another brand.

He called when he was coming, he wanted to know if he could come early, that was fine with me! he got it done in no time and did a Great job!

Arrived earlier than scheduled. Removed the old unit. Got the new unit installed. Everything done in a very short period of time.

Best Buy guys came out on time to remove a AC from my old apartment & installed it in my apartment next door, job well done, but no extra material which I had to go buy at Home Depot If they had the extra material, I would give them 5-stars The extra material consist of window material to prevent air from coming in, instead they used the old material which was bad when they removed the AC from the old apartment & tried to seal everything afterwards

The installation of our new 10,000BTU casement air conditioner was excellent. The installation team worked with our requests, and handled the entire installation professionally.
