Poor customer service

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The workers came without proper tools to attach the brace and input the insulation. They ended up screwing my ac into the top window; and told me to call for completion of the job. Then the job was marked finished. Now I'm fighting to get someone to complete the job; cust svc says they can't find anyone. In October. On the East Coast.

Excellent Air Conditioner Installation.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.GEEK SQUAD installed my new LG through-wall Air Conditioner in an expert manner and for a very reasonable price. I was not even charged extra for hauling away my old Air Conditioner. I would gladly use GEEK SQUAD again for a similar service.
