    GOOD COMPUTER SOFTWARE.I DID NOT WANT TO GO TO WINDOWS 8 YET AS WINDOWS 7 IS WHAT WE HAVE JUST UPGRADED TO AT WORK. WANTED COMPATABILITY WITH BOTH THE SAME HOME AND WORK PROGRAMS.

    Had to get an ISO to down load due to my computer OS being Vista. With the product key and the ISO install was easy and the product is good.

    I needed to update my operating system since XP was no longer support. Was skeptical about windows 8. Relieved to find windows 7 is still available. Installation was easy and W7 met my expectations.

    when i ordered it i was expecting the service pack as described but i received an OEM pack with no tech support

    For the price of installation, I would not have used the Geek Squad to install - the installation was so basic, I should have saved the $100 or so. When I showed up after receiving the call to come pick up the laptop, I arrived about an hour later and nobody seemed to know what I was talking about...

    I upgraded to Windows 7 only because support is no longer available for Windows XP. I feel too much like I have to adapt myself to the operating system, rather than being able to adapt the operating system to do what I want.
