The wine cooler was easy to set up, and worked as advertised. I found that this wine cooler, as with other coolers, had a limit to the number of bottles it was able to fit inside of the cooler, if one or more of the bottles was large or wider than the other bottles, you probably wouldn't be able to fit 12, maybe 9 or 10. That was acceptable, what wasn't acceptable was the constant humming or buzzing sound, not loud, but you could hear it when close, or when there was no other sound in the room. So, I returned it to Best Buy, without any problem, and received a refund within a few days. I may have just got a defective cooler, but I was unwilling to try another one. I will continue to buy from Best Buy because of their really great return policy.

I love it.! The reason why I gave it a 4 was do to the lighting. I thought when you pressed the light you would be able to see within the cooler but it is only to see when you have the door open. Kinda of useless to me. I love the cooler for the price...win, win!

Exactly what I needed. I had a more expensive one two years ago, but this one is just as good for 1/2 the price. Fast to chill, doesn't take up much counter space and looks great.

I purchased this unit because the Best Buy agent I chatted with told me it would hold a 1.5ltr bottle. In fact it does not. Agents need to be supplied with the correct information to provide to potential buyers. It is a nice unit and I will use it for my .750ltr bottles.

Nice smaller wine cellar. Great for our home with no kids. Giving this 3 stars because some of the corners are quite sharp. Also, you cannot easily fit 12 bottles - I could only figure out how to make 11 work.

Got this for my wife and it works great. Love that you can set the temperature and fits perfectly in our garage.

One of the few Christmas gifts that my wife absolutely loved. Her eyes were wide after opening it, she unpacked it and disappeared into the pantry and set it up. My son & I thought we’d lost her. Anyhow temperature control seems fine, great for storing a few bottles which is the intent.

This was just what I wanted at a reasonable price. Good looking, can hold 12 bottles and keeps a constant temperature. I am pleased it is thermal electric rather than a compressor. Very quiet.
