It is quiet, handsome and keeps wine at the perfect temperature. A couple of comments: READ the instructions. I'm glad I did as it says to wait several hours before plugging the unit in to let it settle from all the bouncing around it took in shipping. And when you order it, be sure to ask for inside delivery. The driver wanted to leave it at my doorstep....6 floors down. He finally agreed to bring it up and into my condo. A minor thing to look out for: the door needs to be closed with care. Twice I gave it a push and realized later that it had swung open. No need to slam it, but it needs a gentle push.

Fast arrival and works great

Unit runs quietly (unlike the 38-bottle Frigidaire model we also have that makes a constant sound like birds coo-ing). As with most of these, i don’t think we can fit a full 90 bottles though since we have many pinot-sized bottles that are larger than the standard size.

Nice looking and easy to set temp

The interior racks are smooth operating and easy to load up.

Works great for 7 months. Then problems begin.

So far 30 minutes with Best Buy online support (purchased service contract for Geek Squad). Need to get back on the phone to pursue service, only connected w 3 Best Buy employees so far, all of whom collect name, phone number and email, then refer to another contact.
