I had lots of apprehensions when I ordered this wine cooler, especially doubts about its fragile door hinges, exposed wiring, noise, temperature control, etc. BestBuy delivered the unit in front of my door without notification. So I didn't have a chance to inspect it before accepting the unit. Upon opening the box, I inspected it carefully for broken parts and scratches. I found none. Before I started the unit, I made sure that I read the user guide thoroughly. This turned out to be a very important step that I hope readers of this review adhere to as well. I set the temperatures at the mid-points of the 2-zone recommended ranges. I left plenty of space around the unit to let the thermoelectric system work. For one month now, so far, this unit works perfectly and very very quiet (which is one of my main requirements).

This is just the right size for me to store a handful of good reds and whites that I wanted to preserve for special occasions. I didn’t see a need to go to a bigger size. I feel fine storing my regular wines on a rack somewhere in my relatively temperature stable basement. I do not collect so I never run out of space for those nice bottles. The dual zone is nice since I enjoy both red and whites and the fridge runs fairly quiet. There is a hum that I can only hear if it is dead silent but most of the time, I don’t hear anything unless I’m actively trying to listen for a hum. The only issue I have with this fridge is the racks. You might not be able to fit 16 bottles in each area. The racks are curved to store the most commonly used bottle shape. I had a hard time storing the wider red wine or sparkling wine bottles. It was frustrating at first but I don’t have too many wide-ish bottles. I figured out that I can either put those in the bottom on the side spaces and fill the middle spaces with narrower bottles (like dessert wine). I haven’t had any electrical issues with the unit yet. I did some research before I bought it and there were a few people who mentioned about damage to the door during the delivery. I tried to avoid this by ordering online and picking it up at the store. Customer service was great and they let me open the packaging to make sure it was not damaged. That way I didn’t have to take it home and bring it back if something was wrong.

Received this as a birthday gift but have been researching it for a while. The two zones are what I was looking for. The unit is quiet and the temperatures are consistent. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

This unit is very quiet. I have it in my home office and can't tell it's there. I love the dark glass front and the two separate zones. The inside light could be brighter though. It keeps the wines at a consistent temp. Overall a great unit. However...like many others I had issues with it arriving with the door hinge broken! Yes, it was packed well in the box, so appears that the factory loaded it broken. I ordered a new one as a replacement, but BB wanted me to bring it into the store to return this one. Not with a pandemic going on and it wasn't my fault that it came broken! Spent hours on chat with BB. I had to pay for a UPS pickup for the item myself. The second replacement came and it too was damaged!! The top hinge cap was cracked. So, I put together the best of the parts and shipped the broken one back. Working good since then. Phew!

My wine fridge was delivered timely. It was packaged so carefully. It took me 20 minutes to open it. Not a scratch on it. Read the directions. Setting temp was easy. I then got a level & adjusted one of the sides. My top section is 61 degrees, bottom section 51 degrees. It’s a quiet unit. I have a few odd shaped bottles from Scribe Winery in CA, so I did remove 1 of the shelves to accommodate the bottles. I highly recommend this product.

This wine cooler is a great addition for people who want to hold a few extra bottles around the house. The temperature has kept consistent and the dual controls allow two temperature zones. I am very pleased with the cooler.

Have had this item for about a month and really like it. It’s sharp looking, runs quiet and maintains the temperatures I have set.

This quiet cooler replaces a very noisy unit. Only negative is there is no room for an opened bottle

I purchased this cooler to properly store some fine wine I had delivered from California. The cooler was quiet and attractive as advertised and Best Buy had the best price. I've had the cooler a couple of months now and it has worked like a charm.

Purchased first unit, plastic cover door hinge was broken on opening box. Returned and replaced the unit. Second unit was good for approximately one month, then the door started to slant to the left. Looked at the hinge closely and sure enough it was broken. Manufacturer should address this problem. Don't know if other customers experience this problem too. It is too much of a coincidence to have basically the same problem with the door and hinge with 2 units!

I really like this fridge and it works well. I only had an issue with delivery. The fridge was dropped on my front stoop upside down. Not a good move. Though the packaging was fully identifiable with images on all sides there is no specific statement saying this side up. Might be a good idea or a notice in shipping details.

Would recommend this Wine cooler to everyone. It's not too small and not too big. We owed a 50 bottle wine cooler and it way too big. The is a prefect size.

It is a great wine cooler with the right capacity to handle reds and whites with 2 temp sets.

Fantastic so far! Delivery was on time and in great condition. I saw other reviews about problems but decided to take a chance because I liked how it looked and the features. I've had zero problems and am quite pleased with it. Also got a great deal by using the price match!
