This antenna goes with the price. I have tried 2 different cheaper antennas with extremely poor reception. With this antenna upgrade I have a full 18 channels, including ABC and FOX. I am on the outskirts of Seattle, WA.

cable company changed options... decided to ditch cable and just go to antenna only. works well and picks up several channels. meets our needs

We receive more channels than we are supposed to but not the ones we expected to receive in our location. Some local channels come into signal but get lost without the antenna changing. We moved it to the most ideal location for a signal and it ended up losing the channels we wanted. Overall, it's a nice antenna.

the item was easily installed and used right away.it was also affordable. thank you.

I was able to receive 24 channels clearly. Setup was easy and have not had any problem with interference.

I tried a couple of other antennas and couldn't get the major network channels in HD that I can get with this unit. Easy to hook up...and after a bit of positioning, you get HD TV. I live in the bottom floor of a condo and do not face the signal area. The antenna is placed on the window facing west and with a little manipulating brings in great reception.

Slowly but surely I am cutting the cord. This baby picks up about 50 channels where I am at, but most of which are weird ones I will never watch. Its really only good for getting the locals. Plug your zip code or address into one of those online search engines to see what channels you could get OTA before buying this or any HDTV antenna.

I bought this item based on the reviews here and on other internet sites. Also, the item was on sale at that time. I had to play around with different locations inside the house. Higher is better! Finally settled on a location which gave me about 16 channels of which 5 were in HD. The quality is excellent without much disturbance. Although, I am not getting local fox channel where NFL games are televised

I live almost 40-50 miles away from my tower and am able to get a lot of the local channels. ABC is sometimes on and off but for the most part good.

A great antenna for urban areas. The signal is good and the reception very clear.

I got new flat antenna. It has amplified. I just put it up near the ceiling. I scanned any channels on my HDTV and then I got between 17 and 25. The pictures are very good. Beware that WIFI on my laptop can inference on my antenna while I turn my laptop off. That strange. In additional, I can extended the coaxial cable to my antenna's cable.

Good product. Have antenna on our home and was only receiving 4 channels after splicing cable to other TVs. Changed out to the Winegard amped antenna and was able to get an additional 5 channels.

Purchased as a gift and wanted to get the best without knowing the area of installation. Read all the reviews and chose this model. The gift recipient was very happy with the performance. Not perfect, but I don't think any inside mounted antenna will be perfect in all installations.

Love this antenna as it gets great reception at a great price. Was super easy to install and use.

Great product with excellent results. We get good, clear signals and can now view multiple channels that were not available before this purchase. So long cable!!

I bought this item and set it up in second story of house in rural area. We live in relatively flat area and receive channels in excess of 60 miles!

I was hoping to just get the basic major networks but to my surprise I ended up getting more than 40 channels. Many channels are Asian channels so i don't watch those but I get really good image quality on all major networks. At first I had the antenna under my TV but I started playing around with the antenna position, I notice the best signal is by the window looking out.

I replaced an RCA amplified antenna with this one. The reception is very similar with one difference. I had read in a product review that the Winegard amplification had noise filters built in to prevent signal distortion. I found that this made a difference with a few of the channels I receive. The pictures on those stations would freeze after a while with the RCA antenna, but that does not happen with the Winegard. So that gives this antenna an advantage for people like me who receive stations both near and far away from me.

I live in an area with very poor reception, all the way back to analog days and continuing to today. On the amplified rabbit dears I was only able to get 2 channels. Now I get about 15, and 2 of the 3 "local" stations, the third has a transmitter that is 90 degrees away from the other two and about 15 miles farther away. I am very happy with this purchase.

The only thing to check, is the spot where you are going to put the antenna, check the antenna distance and where is located to get the most channel on the air
