This product was great at first, with quite a bit of features and a nicer look than other humidifiers with the clear canister and lighting options. But, the plastic canister has began to crack toward the base. We keep the humidifier in a stationary position and it’s easy to fill so I know this is no user error. These cracks have also began to spread and leak so we are no longer able to use this item.

Can't pick it up, the bottom falls off

Can't even pick it up with water in it. If we use the handle, the bottom falls off. Not sure if it is on or off. Not sure if we are getting enough moisture.

  Hello Kay, the bottom which has the plug connectivity is supposed to not come with when you pick up by the handle. That gives you the ease to just take the bucket to a sink to fill up. The unit will have lights on in the front indicating it is on and a mist will be coming from the top.
