When it works, it's fine. I do need to spend more time with it, but it sometimes fails to receive a signal.

I've used TV cards before, but never an external version. This works better than I was expecting, based on other reviews. It had the port options I needed to connect to with more to spare I'm running Windows 10, and the software works just fine. Recording works ok as well.

WinTV 7 would not run. Unhandled exception occurred in .Net Framework. Searched the web and found this was a common problem with WinTV 7.
Returned to Best Buy for refund.
