The install was quick and everything works fine, had to adjust the rear camera a little as it was set too high.

The agents showed me possible locations for my monitor and told me it would be a short time to get the camera mounted. I walked out into the electronics department and before I could look at any products one of them came and got me - ALL DONE. I was shocked to see how well I could view where I was backing with the camera. I am very happy with the job they did and the short time it took them to get the job done.

Best Buy made a good installation of my backup camera for my Garmin GPS although I did not purchase the camera there

brought my vehicle in for a dashcam install and after chatting with the tech about what was needed and what work was going to be done, he started right away! after he started he consulted with me about several minor issues and after I gave him the green light, he successfully completed the install with NO issues what so ever and, ( surprising to me) within a very reasonable amount of time! the tech kept me informed every step of the way and did an excellent job!

The service department that installed my radio and fixed my speaker problem were amazing. They worked so hard in a timely, professional manner and the customer service they provided was outstanding.

I got my pre purchased wireless backup camera installed to my car. Reached the best buy location in time, there was no clear sign where to go for camera installation. Service professional immediately started installing the camera and was provided the quote before start. The installation was done neatly and she concealed all the wires. And at the end showed the demo. I'm happy with the service.

Great product, and it operates without any issues.

Though I had to wait a week for my appointment. The wait was worth while. The technician explained what he was going to do. And before he started with a walk around of my vehicle looking for any damage which there was no damage. Which is just the way I received my vehicle back. The tech when he was finished with the install went through it's function step by step to see if I had any questions.
