    The agent put up the wireless camera on my car. However, he left a few parts which he took off and I have no idea where he took them from. Please be sure to verify your stuffs once they fix up their work.

    Wish it were connected to a circuit that still had power when the ignition is off. It doesn't come on until the car has run for a minute for the first time in the AM.

    The geek guys failed me on this one. They a pliced into a wire that was not hooked to the key switch. Killed the battery the first day. I had to rewire myself.

    They installed the dash cam but didn’t have the right schematics for the backup camera. Waited 3 hours to hear I have to come back. They said they would call when they get the right diagram . It’s been 3 weeks still haven’t gotten it fixed. Never again

    Install backup camera. By the next day it did not work. Response: didn’t buy it there : didn’t know what was wrong with it

    The Geek Squad called me today, and cancelled my appointment that I have been waiting for , for three weeks ! I am very disappointed . Brenda

    The guys did not know how to install, took over 2 hrs to say they couldn’t do it.

    They did an amazing job fixing the camera onto my dashboard and hiding all the wires so they don’t show.
