Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the Activité Pop Activity Tracker Watch's sleep, step, and battery life tracking capabilities, as well as its design and water resistance. Many appreciate its ease of use and accuracy, though some find the smaller size less ideal. However, customers are negative about the lack of a backlight, occasional syncing issues, and the watch's susceptibility to scratches. Concerns were also raised regarding the watch's timekeeping accuracy.

I love the watch and not having to wear a 2nd device to track activity. It is like a fitbit built in! The only drawback is the software app is kinda clumsy. It is more complicated than it needs to be. Maybe they could "dumb it down" so you can do only the features you want to use.

I bought three of these. My son and I didn't care for the app or the watch. We returned ours and went back to the up24. My husband however seems to really like his. One out of three for this family

    Great tracker + watch

I bought this tracker last week, and overall I'm very pleased with the Activite Pop. I'll apologize in advance because this review will be pretty long, but I hope it helps in making your decision! Why did I want a tracker in the first place? I work out a few times a week, but most of my day is at a desk. I was worried that I was too sedentary, so I thought that a tracker would help me to get an objective view of my day and encourage me to be more active. Why was I interested in the Activite Pop? I wear a watch normally, so I wanted either a tracker that could tell time, or a simple tracker that wouldn't look too ridiculous with a watch. The smart watches were just too big, and I don't have any need for advanced communication with my phone. I liked the fitbit and the jawbone too, but the Activite Pop was 2-in-1. Features I like *most* about the Activite: - subtle - looks like a normal watch - quick visualization of steps on the watch - the app syncs with the runkeeper app (others too), so I can track all of my activities in one place Features that could use some work: - the app - it's a bit clunky... I don't quite get the purpose of the butterfly? But the 'dashboard' is fine. It takes a little while to sync, but that's not a huge problem because you have the dial on the watch face - sleep tracking - I guess I lie very still when I'm trying to fall asleep, so it thinks that I only took 2 minutes to fall asleep. Overall, am I happy with the purchase? Yes. It's a simple, low-key way to track my activity throughout the day. It's so easy to lie to yourself about how much you've done, but the step count is a good way to keep me honest! It doesn't track things like elevation, HR, gps, etc., but for me and my needs, it's enough information.

They knew the watch was defective...

but they didn't recall it. The glass on the Withings Activite Pop cracked after 26 days, and in doing some research I learned that Withings was aware of the defect and fixed their production line but decided not to recall the defective watches.

My overall rating would have been 5 stars but it was not after 4 months of using. GeekSquad is the best for the situation! Pros: Looks good and basic. Don't have to charge every week. It works great counting the steps and sleep time (including nap time) Cons: No date telling Barely viewable in the dark, some way of illumination is appreciated Need more memory to hold the information (in case having problem with syncing) I normally sync the watch with my Android phone and my iPad. In the first couple of months, it was working flawlessly... After the 3rd month, not really. It didn't sync automatically anymore, even if it does, it stops at 90-95%. I wear it everyday but one time I didn't notice the tracking on the devices, I didn't have 2 weeks of tracking, there was no notification that it was not sync probably in certain amount of days. After the 4th month, I notice the time got slower with 5-10 mins delay. Recalibration didn't help so I changed the battery. With new battery and recalibration, the watch is still 3-5 mins behind. I'm glad I got GeedSquad for the situation and was able to swap for a new one.

My wife hounded me to purchase an activity tracker, a decision which I dragged my feet on because I didn't like the look of the other trackers. Looking through the reviews one day, I came across one for Withings Activité and became very interested. Stellar reviews caused me to check it out at my local Best Buy, and it now tracks my every move. It is simple, easy to use, and has a wonderful interface with my smart phone. One of the best purchases I have made!

I have quite a history with fitness trackers. I started out with Fitbit and I've probably had each one of their devices. I've used the Garmin, Pivotal Living Band and I even purchased the Fossil Q Dreamer the first day it was released. All of the devices have pros and cons. The Garmin Vivosmart was my favorite. I missed wearing a watch though. I decided the Fossil Q Dreamer was too much of a sacrifice for fashion so I'm returning it. I bought the Withings Activite Pop to replace it. I love it! It doesn't provide notifications but that's not one of the things that's important to me. I want my device to be waterproof, track sleep, activity and tell time. I get all of that in the Withings. I can exchange the bands to change it up. I looks a lot nicer than having a black band around your wrist. It seems fairly accurate on tracking steps and activity. The sleep tracker is spot on. I haven't had any issues with it keeping time or waking me up in the morning. The silent alarm is really nice. I would much rather wake up to that than the blaring tone of my phone's alarm. The only other feature I wish it had is the alert when you've been inactive for an hour. I truly miss that from the VivoSmart. I'm sure I can find another app that will do that though. All in all I love this watch and I finally found something that fits all my needs.

Very solid but alarms could be improved

Really like this product after 30 days of use. Tracks steps and elliptical activity and I love the small dial that tracks daily progress as well as the easy to read watch display. Was surprised at how useful the sleep tracker has become and I LOVE the fact that I don't have to charge this unit every night. As an aside, this uses a 2025 battery, which is the most common watch battery available so I know I can get a battery anywhere cheap when it comes time to replace it. There were numerous reports of the faces of these watches breaking due to a flawed manufacturing process on the first production run. Get the watch with the blue dot on the package, which indicates an improved model that the manufaturer says is not prone to spontaneous breakage. This watch fills my needs except I wish the alarm was improved. Specifically, the design of the app used to set the alarm is cumbersome, requiring the user to "slide" settings instead of simply entering the time. Also disappointed that alarms can only be set in five minute increments. This limitation makes no sense. Finally, you only get one alarm--would be nice if a separate alarm can be set for weekdays and weekends, or at least a second alarm could be set. Would think the app could be improved to fix these shortcomings. Finally, some complain that the watch vibrates 12 times when an alarm is active, wanting to shut it off. I like the way the alarm works as it ensures I do wake up from a deep sleep without bothering anyone else. Overall, the watch is comfortable, creates a reasonably accurate representation of my activities (within a tenth of a mile when I run) and performs as expected with the exception of the issues noted with the alarm. Believe these issues could be resolved with a firmware or app update. Very pleased after 30 days usage.

the watch is nice if you want your tracker to be discrete. But in my opinion it was showing less steps than Fitbit or Misfit
