Works great in regards to weight and syncing with the phone apps. I am not a big believer in BMI being read by a scale since it really isn’t accurate, but all other features I like!

I use the scale every morning and I check the ups and downs of my weight as well as my BMI. I enjoy the ride every morning!!!

The scale works fine had no issues with connectivity or performance, however you have to stand in the correct position for an accurate reading. The app needs work as far as the programs go. The Better Body always says a device is required which I have the scale and that's all that is needed. I cant proceed any further with that program. Other than that the scale is pretty good but only get it if its on sale.

love this. Like the way it knows what family member it is and sends it to the free app on your phone.

It's a scale... so not much can go wrong. The scale will very about 1.5 lbs for no reason. This scale is advertised as: "It shows weight, BMI, body fat, water percentage, bone mass, and muscle mass for a comprehensive health analysis..." ***This scale does not show body fat, water percentage, bone mass, or muscle mass.*** I was a bit disappointed after purchasing this scale and it didn't have these options.

The product is nothing special. However, the customer support is frightening. If you decide to make the purchase buy the BESTBUY warranty. This company doesn’t support their product, if you’re lucky enough to get an answer
