My reasons for selecting this product are because it uses touch screen and it is compatible with two other programs I use; My Fitness Pal and Redbrick Health. I am excited about the device's ability to record my sleep accurately, which was a concern when I was reviewing other similar products.

Does a great job of counting steps, keeping track of calories and distance. Does well on your resting heart rate but not too accurate if you are working out hard. I do like that you can wair it as a watch or put it in your pocket. Syncs with MyFitnesspal.

Its ok. Thus I was expecting better. Not water resistant and for heart rate you have to place it on your finger, so not good for the gym.

I'm very happy with my device! It syncs great with my iPhone and I Love that I can wear it on my wrist or on my belt when I wear nice watches to the office. Highly recommended on its ease!

Provides me with the incentive I need to reach my goal. The heart rate monitor is a plus, and allows me to track my fitness level under various activities. Nice product I recommend it.

This is a nice watch style monitor, Good pediometer. I like how you can change the orientation of the display. O2 and heart rate you have to stop and take it off the band to use them, kinda inconvenient. But over all I like it

Have not had any specific problems as most every function works about as expected. It's a bit complicated to understand the instructions. I had not used this kind of product in the past. I do expect to keep learning about it.

Waiting for the next generation of fit trackers

I wanted a watch fitness tracker. When worn with the watch band included, the accuracy of this one is extremely poor (>25% below actual step count). Since it lacks the ability to adjust the sensitivity (like the fitbit Force had), I tried it on the hip instead. Side by side with a no frills pedometer (worn extensively in the past and known to have quite good accuracy), it did better, but is still low by 10% or more. This makes it that much harder to reach step goals dictated by outside sources. Both holders work very well and hold the device securely. The watch has a normal band instead of those rubbery pegs that require vise grips to close securely. The belt clip has serious grip and is much less likely to be pulled off than your average fitness tracker. Having lost 2 other 'average' trackers, this feature is greatly appreciated. The sleep function is not as easy to start as the fitbit Force was, so I don't use it. The app for the phone is OK, but again, not as useful as the fitbit app. It has no connectivity with Lose It, though it might link with others. The pulsometer is a neat idea, but ends up being just a gimmick. The device must be removed from its holster and held at teh fingertip to take the reading - meaning the data will not be used to accurately calculate how many calories you burned during the workout/day. It is just a single data point. It would be better to just get the Fitbit One and wait for whatever the next generation of fitness trackers brings.

Long battery life and easy to work with. Have used both the wrist clip for it and the belt clip- do prefer the wrist clip not as easy to come out of. Wonderful tool.

This will go bad if it gets wet. Design flaw for an instrument that will likely get wet.

I also have the scale and these two combined are the push I needed for everyday accountability. Days I don't lose are also days my steps weren't where they belong. Great tool and help for me

I really like my Pulse, the only thing I would like to see are better instructions in the packaging. It was a little confusing the first time syncing to the phone. Once you get that figured out, it's a breeze. The features are top notch!

Over all you'd be satisfied with this item. If you wear it at all times then your results will be much more accurate than if you only wear it at the gym. As the listing states it captures distance you walk, calories you burn and all that basic needs. The best part about owning one of these devices is that it keeps you motivated, seeing your overall accomplishments on a daily or weekly bases would be enough to keep you going. It connects to your phone via bluetooth so you can see the resultsIt's right away. Almost like having a gym buddy. I like it and i believe you'd like it as well. Of course it is not perfect, that's why i am giving it a 4 star rating. I'm sure these devices will improve greatly in the near future. It also comes with really nice wrist band and clip. It's almost like a small starter package.

Great activity and weight tracker used with Withings app. Slim profile that slides into wristband that is a little too big for me but too snug for hubby. Won't break the bank if you lose it and want to replace.
