Great for price point!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I own Apple watch, but got this for my wife. She only wanted something cheap & simple to track steps... This product fit the bill & more! Love it! Just know it's not a crisp lcd screen; it's hard to explain, slightly blurry, but by design.

Did not work as well as anticipated.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.after two weeks of use, the pulse unit stopped sending info to my phone. The unit would give the message to "turn app on". With BT on,(phone) and holding down the button(pulse), with the app open, I still get the message to turn app on. Never could get an oxygen reading. It is a great pedometer though, I continue to use it for that.

Great activity tracker
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used the Withings Pulse and Fitbit Flex for tracking activity. The Pulse seems to be more accurate for my activities and the option to wear on the wrist or in the clip is an added plus.

No audible or vibrate signal
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I consider the Withings - Pulse O2 Tracker that I purchased a very good product for the price. The one thing that I don't like about the product is that it has neither an audible nor a vibrate signal letting me know when I've reached my step goal. This means that when I think I am close to my goal I have to physically look at the display often to see how many steps I've taken. As a result, the additional checking of the display causes both faster battery consumption and additional time consumption. To me, the having to physically press the display to look at the number of steps taken is an inconvenience. I would recommend the product to a friend because of the additional features it contains, but I would make the friend aware of the no signal discrepancy.

I like the options
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This tracker works well. I like that it comes with a belt clip and an arm band. During the day you can also just put it in your pocket if you like to keep track of your steps. It also sends positive reinforcement messages to your phone.

Good tracker coz of heart & SpO2 measurements
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is a decent device but the measurements are questionable. I have a pulseoxymeter and the numbers are close but never match. As for steps, just move your arms up and down while standing up and it counts them as steps. As for the sleep monitor, it tells me I woke up a certain number of times even though I know I didn't. I use this mainly for my total hrs of sleep, heartbeat counter and SpO2. Even though I know it's not accurate, I know it's very close.

Pulse works for some. Things to know first
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My mom decided that this was the tracker she wanted after I tried it out for a week to see if it would do what she wanted. She wanted the basics of an activity tracker with the option of getting her heart rate if she wanted, while being a clip on model instead of wristband. I told her the Pulse wasn't something I would want myself and had a few drawbacks but it had the qualities she wanted. She ended up loving it. She said she only takes her pulse during a few workouts and that's as much information she needed, she is no health nut. She actually ended up not using the clip or band and sticks it in her pocket bare instead. She uses all the features including sleep tracking, everyday. I got a protection plan on it because I didn't trust it at the start and I know she'd be upset if I needed to get another one if it quit working like so many people have said in the reviews. So far haven't had to replace it and she's had it for about a year now. The good stuff? If you want a clip on tracker I actually liked the main function of the Withings Pulse. The device is perfect for the basics without any apparent issue. Such as: Battery life, step counting, distance, elevation and sleep. This is definitely for the more casual user, not a workout nut like it may advertise. It's versatile with a clip on holder and wrist band holder. If you want to wear it wrist band style like the popular Fitbit, Jawbone and Garmin products without purchasing additional accessories it's very easy. The 2 week battery life makes it lower maintenance then most other rechargeable trackers. It does Heart Rate, so if you want to see it while doing a workout or run if desired it can be done without counting yourself. The app for the Pulse is good by all means and lays out your information in a way that makes sense, so you can get a direction to your end goal of wellness, and see progression over time. It gives you options and a taste of everything. If this was released closer to the Fitbit one I would have strongly consider purchasing one instead of my first activity tracker the Fitbit One. That is a closer comparison to the pulse for style and features in my opinion than the Fitbit Charge HR and other popular activity trackers it is in selling among. Compared to other less popular activity trackers that are clip on, I find quality here based on my experience. I would say it's a great clip on tracker for those who want to watch their activity and get motivated. If interested there's also a scale you can invest in that will work along side your tracker to show you everything you want to know, wirelessly on you smartphone device. Also not as expensive as other trackers that have similar capabilities. Now for the draw backs... There have been a lot of reviews on here stating it just quit working. Which I figured would happen to hers after hearing a few things here and there. We never did run into this issue thankfully, but it complained about a lot. So a fair warning this has been happening to people before you go out and buy this product. The biggest thing you need to know about the Pulse, is that the blood oxygen level feature is not something you should buy this for. The technology was obviously rushed into and has apparent issues, it's not going to work like it sounds. It can be off for readings and it's not reliable. It can be very slow and it take multiple attempts to get a good reading, then again, most of the time this wasn't a big issue because it was not purchased for that reason in this case unlike many others. The heart rate/blood oxygen levels can only be measured with your finger. So don't expect this to operate like the heart rate monitors on some wrist strap activity monitors. It has to come out of the clip or wristband if you want to check this information. It takes more time because of the design and is more inconvenient, I would only consider this a perk at most and not the main reason to buy the Pulse. The calorie counter on the devices that can do heart rate quickly and frequently without hassle are going to be more accurate. If you want to know how much your burning very closely and accurately, you're better off having a tracker with a quicker response on the readings that are also more frequent. If you want to switch between the clip and arm band then I hope you're not too worried about the appearance of the wrist band, it looks very odd and thrown together. The Pulse is a great idea, but it has flaws and some unreliability in a couple areas. But if you are looking for something with more flexibility without paying a lot. I'd suggest giving it a try. In the end my Mom is happy and has a better way to watch her health and get moving more. I don't regret buying it for her. This tracker isn't for everybody but there are some who really enjoy it for their needs, if the cons out weigh the pros listed above then I'd suggest looking at a different tracker. Hope this helps!

Reasonably accurate...BUT...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This unit works however in order to use the SpO2 you have to remove it from the band, kind of a pain, and hold it. That didn't work for me. It's relatively accurate, however it is sensitive to movement. Also, it' is NOT capable of recording SpO2 over time...Do some searches and you'll find what you want if you need that feature.

Great versatility
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this unit because it could be worn on your wrist as a watch or clip on. Unfortunately a week after I got it, it fell off my pocket. Can't wait to get another.
