This product is fantastic. Great styling and perfectly functioning. Everything you would expect. We tried another one that was slightly cheaper but the image quality was terrible and you couldn't zoom. This has great picture in day or night vision. Easy to set-up, connects via Wi-Fi or Ethernet. The magnetic mount is strong yet incredibly easy to move. night vision works perfectly, and the temperature sensor comes in very very handy with baby. I like that when I am on the road I can login and see if the baby is sleeping.

After trying several other monitor and losing many hours of sleep as a new mother, I have found my solution!!! This monitor has been such a blessing to me and my family. Mom and Dad are finally getting a full nights sleep because I am no longer running across the house for any little noise I hear my son make. Now I can just look on my iphone or iPad and check on my little man. I can see whether he is breathing, awake, still covered, etc. I also love the temperature feature because our sons room stays pretty warm while the rest of the house is like an igloo. It allows me to set our thermostat in his room to get the perfect temperature during this summer heat in Louisiana.

I like this camera because I can be far away from my child and still can see due to unlimited range as long as I connected to the internet. I also like that it has temperature and humidity sensors.

Fantastic product. It's not the cheapest, but I love it. It's got color and night vision. All the bells and whistles that you'd come to expect with a high end baby monitor. Wife and I can both use our iphones to see our son. Only bummer is that it needs a better crib attachment. Other than that it's an all star product.

Can adjust the sensitivity of noise or movement for the alert to notify your phone. Very clear picture.

Great item. Can cut in and out in poor cell service area

Bought this to keep an eye on my baby from near and far. Problem is, the video feed didn't work. Setup was easy enough but there was no way for me to verify if it actually worked as there was no video feed. Audio worked just fine. After setting it up in the room where the router was present, I moved it into the adjacent bedroom, and completely lost wireless signal. Great idea, poor execution.

Awesome product. Totally recommend it for any parent or even per owners.

The baby monitor, it´s excellent, we could be out of home and check what´s going on in the bedroom of our child.

We were excited about the product out of the box, but it would never connect go the network.

Was posting some reviews on some wireless products that we bought so its only right to post a review on the product we use the wifi products with. We didn't purchase this baby monitor from best buy but decided its worth posting about it here for others to read about. The monitor looks nice and is not too obtrusive The design is sleek. only issue is the Wifi was a bit weak, hence the wifi products needed to make it work. Overall a 4 out of 5.

We bought the Withings Smart Baby Monitor after returning a Motorola model that did not take advantage of Wi-fi. We were drawn to the product based on the features we saw at the Apple Store. We first started having connection issues which we troubleshooted by ourselves since their support never got back to us. We did not understand why our connection was better outside our home than in our home (as we never have connection problems when logging in from afar). We have yet to receive an answer from Withings. More recently, the device stopped connecting to our Wi-fi. We went through all troubleshooting tips online & after we emailed Withings 4 times we finally got a response with one other thing we could try otherwise they would facilitate an exchange as long as it was within the 1-year warranty. After trying & having no luck we reached back out to Withings only to have 2 weeks go by without a response. We bought the product much less than a year ago & provided them with our invoice showing that per thier request. I have emailed the company 7-8 times over a 3 week span with no response or instructions on an exchange. I now realize that they do not have a phone number on their website...probably for this reason. I have called numerous companies who sell this product & they do not have a phone number for this French company. Buyer beware! Terrible purchase experience!

Certainly disappointed. During set up it asks you to connect to your wifi (the main reason I bought it) but states wifi error. There is no trouble shooting guide. There is no tech support number. As a matter lof fact I couldn't even find a number for the company! I have e- mailed several times for help with no response. As far as I'm concerned this is junk. I was really hoping it would be a nice product, especially for $300! I will be returning tomorrow.
