Many users find it simple to set up and navigate, making it a convenient option for tracking their temperature. Customers also value its accuracy in taking temperature readings. The non-contact feature is particularly appealing as it allows users to take temperature without physical contact, which is especially useful during the pandemic. However, some customers have expressed concerns about its cost, considering it to be expensive.

I'll start by saying I'm really really happy with my Withings BPM blood pressure meter, their Body+ scale, and their Health Mate app. I was diagnosed with kidney failure last year and picked up both to keep a log of my BP and weight daily for my doctor appointments. My BP reading is always higher in the doctors office. The BPM matches what I would get in the doctor's office or hospital and being able to track it at home meant I avoided being overmedicated. Since receiving my kidney transplant this year, now I need to track my temp and other vitals on a more regular basis too. I already had two generic oral thermometers and a Kinsa smart thermometer I picked up during COVID. But being immunocompromised, I wanted something easier to keep sanitary so I purchased the Thermo. I'm disappointed with the Thermo: • It uses a different app than the other products for some reason. (Though you can export your temp logs from their web dashboard.) • It's really finicky to use - it takes practice to get the timing and motion just right. • There's no guest mode or way to take a reading that doesn't get saved to an account. • Every reading I take with it back-to-back is different. My other thermometers will all read consistently for me, +/- .1º. The Thermo would read anywhere from 96 to 99.5º. That's not good because the hospital wants me to call them if my temp goes above 99º. • Expensive for a thermometer that doesn't seem to be reliably accurate. At the end of the day, I'm happy with the inexpensive Kinsa thermometer for keeping a log even though I can't export that data and it seems designed for little kids for some reason. It's quick, easy, consistent, matches my other thermometers and the hospital, plus it can be used without the app too if I just want to do a one-off reading or someone else needs to borrow it.

This thermometer was rated highly so I purchased it. The process to set this up on my iPhone was too cumbersome, so I skipped it. I thought this would be a good choice since temporal scan has become the widely used method. I'm not sure it is accurate, as I keep getting readings well below the expected 98.8 degrees. My 15 year old Thermoscan in-ear unit seems to be more accurate. I don't feel this is a good value for the price.

It does "work" but that is about it. Really disappointed given its price. Cons Takes separate batteries Can not just take a temp, must be linked to the app on a phone App is separate app then other Withings products. This is the most annoying thing for me, the fact that I can't have all the medical information in one single app, when they are all the same company Pros Accuracy

A regular mouth thermometer takes almost 2 minutes to get a reading, due to the covid19 we are taking our temps daily. We were hoping this would speed it up and be more accurate. It speeds it up, but it's not accurate at all. Thinking of returning it. It is off by almost +- 1.2 degrees. It is very finicky, not something we want right now. I have two mouth thermometers, one was less than $10 and the other I got free at a health fair. Both have come up with the exactly the same reading multiple times. It's nice that it keeps a record on our smartphone, but that's about it. We've been using the blood pressure device and that's pretty accurate. The thermometer is pretty disappointing.

Looks can be deceiving. It looks like it would be easy to use and reliable. I found the instructions useless - minimal icons and they’re vague. Could not find a way to access battery chamber. It took many tries to get a reading. The display is not clear. Not a good way to spend over $100. Returned it.

This Thermometer is not very accurate. I took my temp 3 times in a row and got 3 different readings. This $100 Thermometer also broke after only about a year and a half of use. The button is not made very well in my opinion.

Not accurate but i do like the information being digitally uploaded. If it is not accurate, no point in having the device.

The readings are super in accurate my baby had a fever and it would bounce from 99 to 102 could never get an accurate reading. My Braun in ear thermometer is always accurate and it’s 3 years old.
