I find it disconnecting 50% of time i need to re-adjust watch or am freshly putting it on as normal, fitbit brand original wrist bands did not do this.

After a short period of time, both bands disconnected from my Ionic. Fortunately, I kept my original Ionic band and was able to re-attach it.
