He had trouble because the pins were too small, but finally succeeded. The next day the band fell off. I again took it to Best Buy where they again attached the band, after many tries. Before I even arrived home, the band again fell off. Are the pins meant to be so small, or is this band defective? I really like the look and feel of it.
