    Katy Perry used to be a fun and unique popstress but that's all changed recently. She weighs the album down in generic synth beats and vocally drowns herself out behind the plodding production.

    I was expecting more from her, but this CD does not deliver. Few dance tracks but nothing more than that.

    I was disappointed with Katy perrry's witness. I generally have liked everything she has done up to now. It might be that she is trying to reinvent herself or finding a more progressive sound. However, the result is a repetitious rhythmic redundancy that makes it sound like the same 15 songs repeated over again. Some may like it but I prefer her older material.
