decided to take a chance on this despite bad reviews. very simple, cheap plastic box with a button on top. Wall mount so you can adjust the angle. App setup is easy, add device and activate in room. limited settings, disable/enable, default mode, couple other things. No way to turn it off at certain times though, probably a deal breaker for most people.

Based on the overview, compatibility, and specifications information listed on Best Buy's website, I expected to be able to pair this motion sensor with Alexa out of the box and configure it via the Alexa app and/or a third party app/skill in order to trigger Alexa routines. Instead, I learned that this device requires a WiZ smart bulb to function, AND can only control other WiZ products, rendering it totally useless for my desired use case. Hopefully Best Buy updates the misleading information listed on their website to avoid future confusion.

Tried to connect to a room with 4 wiz lights. Had a tough time getting the motion sensot setup but once done, the lights would not turn on upon motion. Adjusted a few settings and still the same issue. Returned this item as the hue motion sensor is more seamless however works only with hue lights. I will need to figure out some IFTTT options for those wiz lights.

It's trash! Why do these companies get to sell trash! Setup not doesn't make sense nor the instructions. During wind storm my power went out then came back on, the sensor never worked again.

Mine works great! The light turns on and turns off and it works perfectly all the time. I had mine for over a year too so idk why the other reviews.
