    WMS Inventory Inaccuracy

    Like many others I pre-ordered "Endless Punishment" a month before release and before the supply of this deck became non existent for its original retail cost. On re-lease day to my disappointment I received "Jump Scare", I immediately called the Best Buy support number and they assured me that a store 45 miles from my location had 1 in stock and they could exchange it same day. I drove almost an hour to the store only to find it was again "Jump Scare". This is extremely frustrating and concerning as there is a systematic issue here. I worked with the Best Buy associate cross referencing the SKU numbers and images of the precons in their WMS system. We figured out that the UPC for all the decks are the same and that the SKU and Image of "Endless Punishment" was swapped with "Jump Scare". This also showed a major inaccuracy of their inventory count as "Jump Scare" was "sold-out" but "Endless Punishment was "In-Stock". So in short this means if you order "Endless Punishment" or even if an associate from the support team requests a replacement of "Endless Punishment" you will always receive "Jump Scare" as this is what the system has determined is the correct item due to the SKU numbers. I hope Best Buy rectifies the issue and updates their WMS system. This is incredibly disruptive and unfortunate to the customer base as this deck is now sold out everywhere and can only be purchased as twice the retail price or in my case I had to purchase the entire set from Amazon to get it for a reasonable price.

    Very disappointed with Best Buy's quality control. I pre-ordered a commander deck but received the wrong one. After contacting support, they told me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to visit the store. The store staff were somewhat helpful and assisted me in placing another order, but the second deck was also incorrect.

    Did not get the correct deck. I ordered Endless Punishment but got Jump Scare. Now Jump Scare is a great deck and am happy I got it and with upgrades it wins most games I play, but not what I ordered.

    This review is geared towards the horrible process that has occurred for many trying to get the deck they ordered at Best. While I understand that employees were technically scanning the right product, no one bothered to check if it even matched the picture or description. Thus many like myself ended up with the wrong deck even though we had pre-ordered well in advance. The part that sucks is that this specific deck was and is the most highly sought after of the four, and the only way top acquire one now is to pay double the price. While the fault lies with Wizards of the Coast, the fact that no one no bothered to verify that the right product was selected baffles me.

    Do not preorder from Best Buy! I preordered Endless Punishment by name and they tried to give me another set. They told me it was all the same to them. Lost trust and a customer!

    I received the wrong precon and was not able the get the right one. Be careful pre ordering trading cards you might get the wrong box.

    Do not order online from BestBuy because they will send you the wrong product and tell you that sucks nothing we can do maybe try returning it in person only and we will magically have it in stock again some other time, but don't get your hopes up

    Unfortunately this issue is with Best Buy and not the deck itself. They sent me the wrong deck and still haven’t gotten this one back in stock.
