the factory and even pulled a serialized card !! Wow i got lucky !! Bought on release day and this sold out in about 3 minutes !! Got so Luxkb

Buyer beware, I just got home from work and was on the fence on keeping this sealed. I'm glad I opened it because every pack was cut open and filled with commons from a different set and two random packs of a completely different TCG. Absolutely unacceptable when it comes to a high dollar product. Now I don't know if I'll be able to get my money back or an exchange since the packs are "opened".

Ordered on March 7th and did not receive the product I ordered. I was promised a refund by 5 different employees, screamed at by employees, and they told me they do not have to abide by state law because of their company policy. Also had an employee in store lie to me about being the manager, and then had their customer service team send me in and out of the store and make phone calls to the same people over and over. I even emailed the leadership team and spoke to the pretend manager about concerns over possible mistreatment of disabled people and they said it was not their problem and that corporate doesn’t care about things like that either. Never had a more terrible experience in my life with a corporation.
