The box arrived sealed in wizards wrapping but there was no topper pack in the box when opened. The topper pack may contain great value so not having one included ruins the potential value of the box. Either the box was opened and the topper pack was removed and the box resealed or the factory left it out. I will avoid purchasing these products from Best Buy in the future to avoid potentially being scammed with no recourse.
