Customers recognize the vibrant color options as a significant advantage, with many appreciating the variety available. The fit of the bands is also frequently praised for being comfortable and secure. However, some customers express concerns about the bands' durability, noting instances of breakage after relatively short periods of use. A few also mention that the material may not be as soft or pliable as the original Fitbit bands.

I was excited to have bands to mix up. They broke easy and became stained.

...then buy these cheaper imitation bands. I was disappointed that they weren't as soft as the originals - they are not as supple as the silicone rubber feeling bands by Fitbit - but thought I could live with that. The holes for the clasp pretty quickly loosened up, and I got concerned that the band tended to fall off too easily when stressed (as in when slipping your arm through a coat sleeve, or through a backpack strap), but put off getting replacement bands until next week. Big mistake. The band - with my $100 worth of Fitbit, is lost on a golf course somewhere, no doubt stripped off as I was putting my arm through the straps of a carry bag. So I saved $5 compared to the cost of OEM bands, but lost $100.
