This movie isn't just extremely cute and charming, it has a deep story that will hit you right at home. It's a story about family. It's something many will be able to relate to. The wolf children are so freaking cute too, especially when they're still babies. The animation is well done and fits the movie

This movie is a wonderful tail (pun intended) of family love and how it can keep people together despite whatever hardships come at us, and though our lives ultimately may find us taking separate paths from one another home is always within us and can never be taken.

I remember seeing this on Funimation and never had the chance to buy it. But luckily BestBuy came through for me and had it in stock. I absolutely loved watching this movie, I won’t give it away but it is amazing.

Hosoda gets compared to Miyazaki a fair amount and watching Wolf Children it is very apparent why. A wonderful story about coming of age and of being a parent that could easily fit into the Studio Ghibli catalog without missing a beat. Highly recommended.

Great movie about self discovery and the challenges of parenthood. Has great emotional depth. You’ll be routing for every character. Animation was spectacular as well.

I had been strongly encouraged by a friend to watch this movie, and when I saw it in the store, I decided to pick it up. I'm new to the world of anime, and so I didn't know wha to expect. The movie really captured the full spectrum of emotion. The art style is elegant and the story was engrossing. There are some... odd elements. But I don't think they distracted from the plot. I'm glad I bought it, as I hope to watch it several times.

Beautifully drawn, the story is a little weird at first but it's good. Plus how often do you see movies about the hardships of a single parent let alone a parent raising half-human half-wold children. It's cute, funny, sad....all in one great movie! Yes, watch it.

This movie just broke me, emotionally. A very simple movie of a single mother raising her children but also happens that they can turn into wolfs. There is no bad guys or crazy plot, just a simple life movie when facing difficult situations.

My daughter is an avid anime fan and has quite a collection of dvds now. Having watched them with her, i think this is one of my favorites. As always, the settings are quite lovely and the story is portrayed quite gently even through the less happy moments.

This is a great story about a family in which the father is tragically killed.... The story is about a list woman struggling with raising her children. The story is very satisfying thee are some emotional ups and downs in the film it's definitly worth watching!

I wanted a snazzy review summary title so I flipped the title around a bit. I loved this film. My son, 7 years old, loves this film. We've watched it at least 5 times so far and can't help but watch it again and again when we want to ball our eyes out.

I've been waiting for a price drop to buy this movie and finally watch it for the first time. Wish I had bought it full price now. It's a great film that I feel everyone, even people who aren't fans of anime, should watch at least once.

I wasn't sure about what to expect from this film, but after watching it I didn't want it to end. I wish i would have discovered it sooner. A beautiful movie and indeed a must watch for fans of this genre.

I had seen this movie trailer few months ago online and had been waiting to buy it. I was in Best Buy one day and seen it on the shelf and bought it. I really like this movie and already rewatched it 4 times.

Quality of the film is great. It's definitely enjoyable if you enjoy watching Anime. Beautiful soundtrack and storyline. My kids love watching it as well.

A beautifully animated fairy tale grounded in the real world (what would YOU do if your daughter turned into a wolf when a dog barked at her in the park?). Fans of Summer Wars should enjoy this film as well.

Watched this movie a couple of times. Touching movie. Animations were beautiful as well. I even bought the light novel it was based on. If you read it, the movie stays true to the story
