The Wolverine is another great installment in the X-Men franchise. Top notch performance from Hugh Jackman and loads of great action. Good plotting and character development as well, more than the Wolverine: Origins movie in my opinion. The fight on the bullet train is not to be missed. Digital download & ultraviolet copies are nice bonuses.

I was hesitant about it being filmed primarily in Japan and didn't like the comic story line when first reading it. However, once i sat down and watched it, it was much better than originally anticipating. Marvel came through with another winner!

I recently purchased this for the 'Unleashed' version because I had read that it really makes the story and movie better as a whole. It definitely did. Better fight scenes with more accurate Wolverine brutality. Was definitely worth it.

In general, I liked this movie very much. I liked that they focused on the more human side of Wolverine and actually allowed him to grow as a character instead of the normal slash/stab/punch repeat of the first Wolverine movie. I wish they had kept Silver Samurai a little closer to the source material though.

I'm a fan of this movie because it's not your typical super hero movie. I enjoyed the struggle the lead character had and the action was great. The choreography of the fight scenes was also nice. I'm such a big fan of super hero movies that I feel the need to buy them all, but this is one of them.

I have been a fan of X-Men for many years, and to start to see the stories unfold of the various characters is a treat! I've been a fan of Wolverine for as long as I can remember, and I feel they have done his story justice with all X-Men films, especially this one.

As an avid Marvel Comics collector I have always wanted to see my favorite characters in the movies. The X-Men and Wolverine are definitely my favorites without a doubt! Even though I liked the last Wolverine movie, it was lacking in more than one area. The Wolverine more than makes up for the last movie. This is a must see movie!

Without giving too many details of the film, there is lots of good action scenes as would be expected from any X-men film. However the story is somewhat predictable and tends to move slow at times. It does leave you wanting to know what the next movie will hold/how it will answer unanswered questions.

This was a pretty good entry in the series. The action scenes were staged well (the opening is particularly memorable). I was a little distracted by one of the leads (the blond woman) who seemed to have all of her dialog dubbed. But on the disc, the picture quality and audio are outstanding.

Although this movie strays from the first Wolverine it's refreshing and feels brand new. Jack Hughman does a great job portraying the character as he normally does and the movie introduces a lot of new friends and foes. Overall I would rate this movie a solid 8.5 because it's packed full of action and a few twist along the ride.

This is definitely the way to watch The Wolverine. The unrated version definitely makes it a little more what all fans have been wanting as far as a violent more true to comic Wolverine. Certainly not anywhere near Logan, but an enjoyable movie just the same.

I've watched all the movies in this series and like them all . I look forward to each new installment. They are always full of special effects and a lot of action. I also watched the cartoon and had the comic books when I was a kid. I am looking forward to the new movie coming out soon thank you.

Another solid installment in the x-men series. The cinematography of the action scenes is impressive as always. Plot focuses on wolverine's past encounters and his current life of solitude. Great action mixed with small bits if humor. Can't imagine wolverine ever letting his love stray from Jean.

Don't go in expecting "Gone With The Wind," and you'll find this movie fun-- and you'll even learn a little bit about Japanese culture (but you'll have to pay attention!). It is rather funny to see all the same Japanese actors from "Last Samurai" in it, because you might find yourself saying, "Where have I seen that guy before?"

Watching The Wolverine (The Extnded Cut) was very entertaining and more Violent. The fight scenes was much more Violent and more Bloodier. When you purchase this version you will receive the Blu Ray 3D, Blu Ray, DVD, and a DVD Digital Copy. I highly recommend this for your collection of Super Hero Movies.

As I stated the movie is an improvement over the first one I'm not to concerned on the time lines for this particular movie as it works well as a stand alone story. Only parts of the movie that I was not happy with was the parts with Jean Grey I found them to be very annoying and not needed

If you are aw love fine fan then I recommend picking this title up in 3D. Wish it was a deeper and darker plot, but it is still enjoyable. 3D does not PoP out at you but is moe the immersive kind. If you're on the fence about this, rent it at redbox first, and then come back and buy it in 3D.

This is my first time buying a copy of the Blu-Ray-Dvd-Digital copy because I never knew they had all three in one. One of the store associates was telling me how it is a great investment to buy DVDs like this if I was thinking about getting a Blu-Ray player. So I did and I love The Wolverine so it was perfect!

If you love X-Men and particularly Wolverine you'll like this movie. Perhaps not as action packed as you're used to but the storyline is rich and interesting and answers a lot of questions around The Wolverine's back story. Buy this movie. You might find it turns out to be your favorite Wolverine story yet.

I was expecting this movie to be good for the franchise but didn't expect it to be quite as exciting as it turned out to be. Having it set mostly in Japan provided added cultural intrigue. The storyline was compelling for this kind of movie; there were great action sequences; and the acting itself was quite good.
