Good Sculpting Workout

It breaks upper body, lower body and abs into 3 different 20 minute segments. It makes it easy to pick and choose what you want to do. I usually run or do some other type of cardio each day as well. I speed up the moves sometimes because the count is a little slow on some of them. I love the ab workout!

What a workout!

The 3 different routines are for upper body, lower body, and core and they really do work up a serious sweat! I workout regularly and found this to be a great addition to cardio. I was completely sore after this and would recommend it to anyone wanting to tone up and turn fat into muscle.
