The lines keep getting shorter and shorter in one or two cycles of feeding leaves. It is not realistic to remove twigs from big leaves and keep changing the lines constantly. I even tried that, and the lines still got very short, leaving only a small space in the middle for feeding the leaves. This is very time consuming. Not worth it when you have a massive pile of leaves to shred. I intended to shred the leaves and spread them on my vegetable garden as a mulch. I guess it’s not happening this year at least. Look for a better machine.
