After using it for three times stop working. Battery is full of charge but not turning on at all

I bought this for my backyard to trim the grass up against my fence and around my raised beds. There are only a few places my lawnmower can't reach, so I didn't need anything heavy duty. I decided to go with this one for the cordless factor and so far it's been great for me. I'd never actually used a grass trimmer before, but once I had it put together and running it was pretty comfortable to use. It did a good job of trimming the hard to reach places in my yard and I don't think I went anywhere close to running the battery down, though I was probably only had it running for 15-20 minutes max. The extra string is also very affordable. It's good to have if you have a very small yard or patches of grass the lawnmower can't get to.

I love this light weight powerful weed eater/ grass trimmer edger. Easy to change the spool and charge the battery. The battery has a long life. It is always recommended to have a back-up battery on hand for long projects. Works well on small stemmed weeds. Not recommended for use on thick stemmed weeds for long periods of time.

Light weight with good battery life. The trim guide wire was a little confusing

I had bought a Worx trimmer over 10 years ago, and it has held up great, and was still working when I ordered this one. The battery life of the old one was leaving a lot to be desired, so I thought if nothing else, I'd have a new battery and a backup trimmer. Well, this new one impressed me even more, and now I haven't touched my old trimmer since then! It works much like my old one, but this new one has a much better auto feed, which is way better than my old one! I often had to manually feed out string by hand on my old one, but this one does very good at extending more string when needed. Very happy with the new trimmer, and also enjoy it for edging, which my old one struggled with since it didn't extend more string often enough. Very happy with this purchase, and my yard has been looking better than ever because of it!

I love this, its super easy to use, and simple to reload twine! My weeds are borderline trees and it tore through them!

Product is awesomel ove it works great battery last

Easy to setup and use! Great price! Be sure to buy replacement line spools for quick line change out.

I purchase this weed eater twice a year for my wife it’s lightweight and easy to operate. She uses it almost daily. This last one I purchased would not fold down. It was so hard to manage.

I was in doubt when I got this trimmer, but now I am happy that I got it. It works as mentioned, now I can do edging and trimming gas-free. It is great to own one.

Just what I was looking for, easy to load and easy to carry

Great product for the price. Ultra light weight. I have not used it for long periods of time to verify how long the battery will last, but super easy to put together and handle.

Great weed whack. Converting it to edge is a slight pain but works great

Very good trimmer and Easy to use and assemble. The battery is very powerful

Wrks well cutting all different size weeds and last fairy long. The charge is quick. I like it has a wheel bc after awhile it does get tiresome holding it and all the different positions for better grip and cut is nice too.

Battery life great and easy feeding is very easy to do

I love how easy to use and how fast the battery will last

Powerful trimmer. Very happy with its ability to do more than grass. Small stalk weeds are no problem as well. Battery lives up to quoted run time.

This thing is exactly what I needed. I am in love with it. I have over an acre and I was using an electric with a drop cord. This helps me get things done so much faster!

Great product, love that it can be shortened for easy storage.
