Disappointed with the trimmer

From the start the adjustment to an edger was a chore, nowhere near as easy as they make it look in the video. And, after only 5 months, the trimmer would no longer fully adjust to the edging position. I earn several WORX tools and all of them have been great, this one however, falls short of what I expected. I reached out to Worx customer service and after more than an hour on chat, including being disconnected after being on for 50 minutes, I finally got them to honor the warranty and they are sending me a new one. We will see if it is any better.

Great combo package

My daughter bought her first home and I gave this to her as a gift and I’ll tell you it worked wonders. It is very powerful and the edging is effortless. It’s not incredibly lightweight, but it’s not super heavy either and the charge last a long time we were able to do her entire yard with no effort and not having to recharge the battery. I recommend this product.

I have a 15x15 yard and it takes both batteries to weed whack. I will be returning it shortly after giving it 3 tries.
