I was skeptical, but had gift cards to burn and could use sleeping help. Then when it arrived, it took up more space than I expected, maybe 55% of a full size bed. But my sleep has improved, both in terms of falling asleep faster and waking up more alert. And my dog who sleeps in bed with me does not mind. I don't toss and turn now, the elevation is perfectly comfortable, and everything is the right firmness. *in picture, what I thought was leg pillow is actually the head pillow. but I want to win the raffle.

I purchased this for my husband and he says that it helps some but it is just too much for him for the little relief. He has sleep apnea and cervical disk damage with shoulder and hip issues
