One for my six year old granddaughter and one for her friend. They opened them up at their little Christmas party. One worked as described and one just spun around (even after changing the batteries). Since it would cost more than it is are worth, to send it back, I decided not too. My granddaughter, seeing how disappointed her friend was, gave her the working Pixie Belle, and took the nonworking one for herself. I am so proud of her! She displayed the true spirit of giving. Just sorry both girls didn't have working toys. So I give them a 1 star and 5 star.

They clip on your clothes or bafs. They even stuck them on the refrigerator and watched them spin. They are magnetic on the bottom and come with a piece for the bottom to hold onto clothes or other items.
