Personally believe this is. Step in the right direction the roster this year is stacked there’s online tag entrances the my career was short but good better then the previous years it’s worth a buy for what you get if you have the money pick it up if not you should be fine till 2k20 is out if you have 2k18

WWE 2k are my Madden games. I will usually buy them each year so saying I won't purchase or I will purchase again isn't going to be much questioning but here is the review of the newest addition to their yearly product: 2k19 is a step in the right direction with their yearly WWE games. It boasts a larger roster (that is an expected detail) with higher graphical points (for some but not all characters). The creation suite to me has more in it to play with and the Story mode is alot better with voiced parts for you and your WWE opponents. (Better than last year) Unfortunately with the positive to that, you character's ring name is basically BUZZ no matter what you name your character, he will answer to BUZZ in the back and to the staff of the WWE Authority. Summary: If your a WWE game fan: your most likely going to buy it. If your not... Your not.

Each year, 2K tends improve on their WWE games. 2K19 does a great job with it's graphics and gameplay. Along with that, they've added the biggest roster to date and more match types involving multiple competitors. Universe Mode is given a proper face lift and 2K has given us a very fun storyline to play through in MyCareer. All in all, I'm satisfied with this year's installment!

First off, this game is probably the best WWE 2k game in the franchise history. The animations are a little faster... it now gives you more options for creating custom matches... pretty good roster size and the edition of the Daniel Bryan mode is cool. So why not 5 stars?? Well... they could do better. A lot better. We've been asking for Arcade style gameplay for YEARS and we still have a lot of slow/sluggish animations. The weapons wheel has not changed since 2006 (at all). Gameplay.. Gameplay.. Gameplay... they need to get rid of some of the generic cut scenes and just allow us to do the moves ourselves. There are a lot of things that the 2k community has asked for, for 10 years and they still have not done them. So for that, its 4 out of 5 stars (ie: headed in the right direction... but not quite there). They're listening.. they just need to listen a little more so this game can be as fun as it was with Smackdown Here Comes the Pain.

The game is very refreshing with new mechanics and game modes, that as a returning player and fan felt overwhelmed with everything you could do and the size of the roster was insane

Bought it work on a project and didn't want to use 2k20 because of how buggy and unplayable it was. Which is a real shame because I was hoping to use the newer game and it's features but I'll have to make due.

My husband has been playing WWE 2K 19 since Oct 5. At first he loved the prelude to my career and enjoyed the whole story. His frustration is you can't continue your character in my career (my player). After you go through the whole story you then do what would be considered "side quests". He loves Universe Mode and says it's improved since WWE 2K18. Still wishes he could upload his own music. Thankfully for us Metal fans there's a good Metallica song included "Spit Out The Bone" and of course Motorhead "The Game".

Being that I’ve only played WWE 2k16 for the past two years, this game is a HUGE improvement. The MyCareer story mode is great, and there are plenty of options for a character. The deluxe edition is a must, as you get everything right off the bat without having to grind for it. Overall, this game has kept me entertained for days and it still hasn’t lost its touch.

There will still be much to unlock and playing on easy mode is nothing to be ashamed of when you are starting off. There are some frustrating moments in the story if you aren't on easy, but I could still get through it on Normal just takes many retries sometimes. I am not very experienced with the previous WW2k titles other than watching them fight on youtube, though. I feel that bighead mode or giant-mode is not as desired as more official characters, but the gameplay itself AND the story are both good. I look forward to seeing my character online at some point if any of my favorite game streamers download him.

This year W2K19 is the best of the series. I have all of the W2K games and while some have been better then others 19 is the best. The number of wrestler options and different match types is great. The story mode is long and interesting.
