Over all this is an awesome purchase. What I love about it: -Super quite -Both the Fridge and the Freezer are spacious -The bulbs inside light up the fridge really well. My preferred setting is 3 -The temperatures are adjustable by degrees and can be made to keep the fridge really cool. -This fridge truly does prolong the freshness of your fruits and vegetables! Strawberries, cilantro, Celery, parsley... you name it. -Finally, this machine just looks beautiful!

Love, love, love our new refrigerator! You would think that with a counter depth fridge you would limit how much space you have, BUT this is configured so well that we have a ton of space. It is also so nice to have the water dispenser inside as this lends to a clean, sleek look. We had a sub zero that came with our previous home and we love this fridge more than that one. It keeps everything cold and closes smoothly. Just perfect!

Great refrigerator for small family. Well lit and open interior. Crispers are spacious and easy to clean. Plenty of side door storage. Freezer is a little small but the spaciousness interior of the fridge more than makes up for it. If you need a large freezer this is not going to be your top choice. Very quiet. Love it! 5 stars on capacity because it's a counter depth therefore you know it's not as large as full capacity when you purchase it.

Ordered this during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotional period. A little bit of a hiccup but was able to sort some things out. Product shipped in 3 days. Delivery went smooth thanks to by crew (Hector and Richy) who were super professional and polite. Now to start with the real review. In reading the product reviews I begin to doubt the purchase. The concerns raised about denting, scratches and the functionality of the indoor water filter all became quite concerning given the cost. I will say, this is a bit premature to determine reliability and the ultimate bang for your buck, however Bosch did not disappoint. This is an upgrade from my side-by-side GE and I absolutely love it! Based on the specifications I lost 3 cub ft to my GE but homely where? It is designed to maximize fridge space so I feel that I’ve actually gained. The freezer Compartment is perfect for my son & I so I have no complaints there. Will be back in year to give more updates

Landed on this fridge given its dual compressor and evaporator set up. First week or so has been really good. Freezer space is a but smaller than the side by side it replaced but makes up for it with the fridge compartment and making it easy to just see everything. Internal water and freezer icemaker is supposed to make things more reliable as I understand physics works against you with in-door ice on bottom freezer set ups. Looks amazing in our kitchen and fits in the space almost like it integrated

So far we really like our new refrigerator. We like how you can customize the shelves and that the ice maker is in the freezer and not the door. Only thing I wish we’d know was that you have to hold down the water button to continue to fill your cup but that’s not too big of a deal. Fridge is a great size and is very well lit on the inside. Definitely would recommend. Shoutout Kavi & Jared for the install/delivery!

Great looking fridge that fits nicely into our kitchen setup. Pairs well with the other products of the Bosch 800 collection. Time will tell how it’ll be holding up, but no complaints so far. Capacity is rather limited; however, that was expected from a counter-depth fridge.

It’s a really great refrigerator with a few caveats. The small drawer in the main part of the fridge section isn’t very rigid and it makes it a bit hard to open as it twists unless it’s pulled dead center. The ice also has a tendency to fall out of the drawer while moving the freezer door in and out and it falls into the bottom of the freezer. It’s still a great piece of equipment despite these caveats.

So far so good, I am hoping this refrigerator holds up after reading some of the reviews. Love the organization, chilling features and sleek design of this Bosch refrigerator! It’s also super quiet and makes plenty of diamond shaped ice. I just wish the handles were not partially made of plastic, as they are a bit cheap looking for the price of this fridge. I have been trying to find a different style Bosch OEM handle that would fit this B36Ct80SNS model but after speaking with Best Buy and Bosch customer service (both were very helpful), there doesn’t seem to be an alternative. Sorry I didn’t consider purchasing the model with the recessed handles instead.

Our Amana stopped working after 17 years (not bad). After some internet search we went to Home Depot, however, most of the products we liked would not be delivered with a week. At Best Buy we noticed Bosch 800 and it was visually very appealing. At PC Richard we were quoted price $200 lower, and Best Buy matched that. The product was deliver and installed (but not leveled) within one week, the old Amana was hauled away for recycling. It took some time to get use to the french door, now we actually like it. Bosch800 is a good appliance, very quiet, hope it will last 18 years.

Pretty good fridge. It looks great. My main issue is that the right side door requires an extra push to close. It’s a bit annoying, but we are getting used to it. Good thing, the alarm does go off if it’s left ajar. The water spout does seem to leak drops of water, too. We had a tech look at it, but he wasn’t able to fix it. I love the ice maker capacity. Fruit, veggies seem to stay fresher longer than our old fridge. Recently, the ice maker stopped making ice, but we figured out it was because the water filter needed to be replaced. Once we did that, ice was back in production. Also, we really wanted a true counter depth a fridge, and this fits that space extremely well. The home connect app is helpful. It notifies your phone of the door being left open, ice maker reaching capacity, and the water filter requiring replacement. For a 3000 appliance, I’d except the door to be better balanced and the water dispenser to not shed droplets post pour. Bosch customer support isn’t good. The wait is weeks long for a service appointment.

Solidly built, great design, measurements true to specs and great Best Buy service.

Very Nice. We went from 27CF to this counter depth 21CF model but the space is still great. My only issue is the middle sliding door is of little quality and I am waiting for it to crack. It has a nice seal but when you pull to open the drawer front bends a lot so you have to be gentle.

This fridge is amazing and has all the bells and whistles. It is very innovative with storage solutions and movable racks. The only negative is that the freezer items are a little difficult to reach as the whole tray has to be removed to get to most of them. It's worth the trade-off though. I've heard horror stories from friends about their black stainless appliances getting scratched just by cleaning or refrigerator magnets. I have 2 Havanese (small dogs) that dance in anticipation of treats with their feet & sharp nails brushing against this fridge several times a day. Not a scratch! It is beautiful AND tough!

So far so good! Love the ice this machine makes and the in fridge water. Seems way more spacious than my previous traditional French door fridge.

Love the color and the layout of the inside of the refrigerator & freezer. I also like that the ice is in the freezer & it makes a lot.

Overall we like the upper fridge portion and it functions well. Had a bit of trouble dealing with Best Buy when the first one showed up with a giant dent in the door. Our main issue with this product is the freezer/ice maker. It has to be the world’s slowest ice maker. We are a two-person household and whenever we have 1-2 guests, the ice supply depletes so much that it takes a full month to replenish to full with just the two of us using it. We’ve had to buy bags of ice countless times. Pretty frustrating for such an expensive refrigerator. I’d say if you’re a family of 3-4+ and like to use ice avoid this model at all costs.
