Ethernet connected so Apps work fast and efficient. The host of audio and video features were high price points 5 years ago. Not so today. One of the TVs I replaced was around 10 to 12 years old, so this was a major upgrade to that TV. Being that this was for our bedrooms and not our main living room TV I didn't need anything super fancy or huge. I just wanted something easy to use, with access to all our main streaming apps. This fit the bill. It fit up on the wall mounts we had for the older TVs so we didn't need to swap those out. It was fairly light compared to the 10 year old TV even though they were the same size. It has access to all the normal apps: netflix, youtube, hbo, spotify, etc. It was easy to set them up though I will say I am not a huge fan of the layout of apps. I was hoping kind of for something similar to the Roku grid of apps on the homescreen, but it's basically a line of any apps installed, some of which you cant uninstall. You can move things around, but it's still just one line across in between other things Google is promoting. For the price I can't complain, but I would appreciate a grid a lot more. Maybe it's an option I haven't found yet? Picture quality is nice. Does it stand up to super high end TV picture quality? Probably not, but it doesn't need to for what we got them for. It's easy to see, bright, crisp. The speakers on this are great for basic/standard built in speakers. They sound a lot better then the 10 year old TVs built in speakers which were awful. No matter what we did you could not make out what anyone was saying. For built ins, this Sony has pretty great speakers. It's fairly clear and easy to make out sounds and talking. Pairing it with my soundbar made it even better, but if I didn't already have that sound bar I probably would not have gone out of my way to get one as these speakers would do just fine for the bedroom. Overall, I am really pleased with this TV. For the price I got it at it was a great deal.

It was super easy to set up and the picture is crystal clear. It's a great size for the room. And the remote is so much better than the one I have for my other Sony TV. It's smaller and doesn't have so many buttons that I never use.

My only criticism is the glare, so keep that in mind if you will be in a room with the window open a lot or a lamp in view of the screen. Even with that I still love the tv and I am very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend.

The picture quality is outstanding—the sharpness is incredibly clear and crisp, making movies and shows look vibrant and detailed. The sound performance is excellent as well, delivering clean audio without needing an external speaker setup. Another big plus is how lightweight and easy the TV is to set up. I had no trouble placing it on my TV stand, and the overall build feels solid despite the light frame. The remote is simple, intuitive, and very user-friendly. My only real complaint is the startup code/password verification. Every time I turn the TV on, it prompts me for a code, which gets frustrating quickly. I understand security features, but this one feels unnecessary for everyday use, and I wish there were a way to disable it. Despite that inconvenience, this TV delivers excellent performance and value. If you don’t mind the extra verification step at startup, it’s a fantastic choice for picture quality, sound, and ease of use.

No setup issues. The only issue is the sound, it works fine and is loud but really needs a sound bar for better quality, same issue with any tv you purchase these days.
