I purchased a returned open-box model faulty recently, and after a few months of usage, I did find a few minor issues. Since initial setup, the TV makes a noticeable buzzing/static sound whenever plugged in and not turned on. I can unplug my TV to avoid it, but plugging it back in and turning it on is a process much longer than keeping the unit plugged in and regularly turning it off and on. I suspect the TV needs to be serviced to stop the noise. Other than the buzzing issue, I find the TV picture quality much better than the old Samsung LED TV I once used, and the smart setup was much quicker than I anticipated, though I still find the time to turn on the TV and switch to another input much slower and longer than older models, no doubt due to the smart parts needing to load. Overall, I am not fully satisfied with my purchase, but I'm happy I can watch TV on a nicer screen. Pics are of a mii on the old TV and the sane mii on the new TV.

[Employee of bestbuy] i got this to put in my kitchen so that i could have it on when i’m cooking & check my google doorbell from further away. the OS works pretty well (much better than my previous fire tvs have), though i have issues getting the apple tv app to autoplay the next episode. the audio on this tv is also pretty subpar, i recommend getting external speakers (i just got a tiny insignia sound bar, they’re usually pretty cheap) since those help tremendously outside of that, not a whole lot to complain about. it does exactly what i intended it to

We got this 32" TCL QLED TV from Best Buy a few weeks ago for our bedroom, replacing an ancient CRT TV. 1080P resolution on a small screen like this is ultra clear! The picture is amazing, the colors are great, and the sound is "OK" (what you'd expect from a small screen TV.) Yes, it's best to watch with a direct view -- off angle the picture quality does suffer as it does with most LED TVs. Since we watch in bed with the TV angled directly at us, that is not a problem. And it's plenty bright in our dark bedroom at night. I bought a Universal Table-Top TV Stand for $25 on Amazon to replace the cheap plastic legs the TV comes with so it is more stable and fits better on our small TV table. Several other reviewers complained about the overly bright LED at the bottom of the TV. I discovered that it is easy to turn it off. Just go to Settings / System / Advanced Settings / Standby LED. From there you can simply turn it off! It will still blink briefly whenever you push any button on the remote but will otherwise stay off. Problem solved! And finally, I'm a big fan of the Google TV OS. My son has an LG TV, and I absolutely hate the WebOS on that brand. Google TV is much more user friendly -- especially when you want to play around with the settings. Yes, the home screen has too many ads that clutter things up. There is an "Apps Only" mode that gets rid of some of the clutter. However, a better solution is an app I downloaded called "FLauncher" (see photo) which gives me a clean totally ad-free home screen showing nothing but my apps. Overall, this TCL 32" TV is a great value! Highly recommend.

Quality of the picture is good. It was easy to set up. Biggest disappointment is the white light that’s part of the frame that I can’t figure out how to turn it off. Thankfully the TV is not in my bedroom. That light would be a problem. It’s the biggest reason I didn’t give it a better score. There was no show room model on display when I bought it. If there was I would have made a different decision.

In doing my research for a 32" TV for my bedroom, the TCL Q3K provided more at the low price point. I was not disappointed when I started using the actual product. -1080p QLED while most other's had only 720p -Beautiful picture quality with many adjustments -Bezel-less design which is difficult to find at this price point -Ability to use Google Home to set-up Google TV alleviating the need to input all those id's and passwords -Ability to turn off the clear plastic TCL light on the bottom of the screen to prevent a light from shining in the bedroom Room for improvement: -the way the TV is designed, the legs are too far apart and cannot be used to place it where I wanted (solution was to purchase a monitor/TV stand with VESA mount that supports the TV from the center -illuminated remote control (although this may be a big ask as even my top of the line LG doesn't offer that feature) Since this is a Google TV, the screen in the picture looks different since I have downloaded a different launcher from the Play Store.

I like the tv because it has WiFi & antenna stations. I havent had time to see everthing but so far I am very happy the picture is not as fine as Samsungs But this tv got put in my living room as #1 TV of the house!

Good tv with a good picture at a great price. Love that it's a 32" tv with 1080P resolution and Google driven. Best Buy is always the #1 place for home electronics.

I bought this TV to replace one of my monitors and it is better then the monitor as it has built-in speakers and with the HDMI I get 4k, so best of both worlds. Can watch TV, YouTube Etc and still use it as a monitor.

Great display for the price, exactly what I needed for bedroom, lots of customization settings to adjust sound and display to my liking and minimize ads. Much better than firetv. Only thing I disliked was volume and sound quality. I expected subpar sound quality for the price but even on my previous older $40 tv it was better. I bought a soundbar that fixed the problem though so all good.

After I purchased the TCL 32" Q3K QLED, I was very pleased with the picture and build quality. I found the picture quality as good as the 32" TVs two to three times the sales price.

We put this in the bedroom of our RV. Perfect for our needs. Great picture decent sound. Would buy again.

Nice picture! It was also as easy to set up as the salesperson (Josh) said. No more cables to hook up, no more Roku or antenna either. Makes watching TV enjoyable instead of frustrating and needing multiple remote controls.

So far thia tv is doing great, i like the quality of the resolution. Extremly light and thin. Enough HDMI ports.

Its a good tv the only problem I have is it takes a moment to boot up

The vibrant screen and easy set up on this tv is fantastic. It is light weight, easy to connect to your PS5. I would say if you don’t want to spend a fortune on a very expensive gaming monitor then you get the best of both worlds. A tv with a great picture to watch movies, etc and a great monitor/tv to use for your PS5 system. The tracking ratio and the non delay per frame while playing these very high resolution games is fantastic. I would highly recommend this tv to anyone. A+++++++++

I want a good working TV no a broken one please help

For a smaller TV, I've been pretty happy with it overall. The picture is bright, the colors look good thanks to the QLED panel, and Google TV makes it easy to find everything in one place. Setup was quick, and it didn't take long to get all of my streaming apps signed in. The reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that the interface can feel a little sluggish at times, especially when navigating menus. Once you're watching something, though, it performs well and the picture quality is better than I expected for a TV in this price range. If you're looking for a bedroom, office, or guest room TV, I think it's a solid value.

Great display, sound and easy setup. Remote is simple to use. Good size for the bedroom. Would buy again and consider buying a larger tv for the living room.
