I was surprised at how much room is inside this refridgerator especially since it's counter depth. Both the freezer and the fridge have plenty of space. The temperature is pre-set, which is a very nice feature. It is sleek and very pretty. The zero clearance doors are a wonderful feature also. I have only had it for two weeks but so we love it.

Looks great. Streamlined and lots of space inside. Would recommend. Ice thing is a bit weird but you get used to it.

Zero clearance doors were required for the space. Ice maker is small and slow. Otherwise I’m very happy with this size.

If inside space is not a huge issue this counter-depth refrigerator is perfect, especially for short people who have issues reaching things in the back. We love the sleek look with no handles and the stainless steel look. The finish shows no finger prints. The only con for us is the fact that it only has the one ice maker in the door. An extra ice maker in the bottom freezer would be a plus.

The fridge has exceeded our expectations. We couldnt be happier with our new fridge, thus coming from a LG skeptic. The only complaint would be with the installation. Our doors our not aligned the way they should be and so does not function properly.

I have always liked LG products and this refrigerator is no exception. I fits perfectly in my refrigerator cutout in my kitchen.

This refrigerator has been an outstanding upgrade for my kitchen. The counter‑depth design fits perfectly without sticking out, and the zero‑clearance hinge system makes it easy to open the doors even in tight spaces. The interior layout is spacious and well organized, and the water filter delivers clean, great‑tasting water. Overall, it’s a sleek, quiet, and highly functional fridge that does everything it should. Very happy with this purchase.

Great fridge. Plenty of space in fridge and freezer. I wish it had the shelves in the fridge that push back instead of having to adjust the height but that is my only complaint.

Happy that the food is so easily assessable . The refrigerator is so well lit and the shelves and compartments very convenient. I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious both the refrigerator and freezer are.

Installed last week. Very sleek looking. The doors are zero clearance which is great for counter depth. I do not like the shelving spacing. It is very difficult to find the right spacing. I have water bottles on the bottom shelf and you have to move the shelf up to accomodate them, leaving a tiny shelf space in the middle that not much can fit on. The top shelf height can fit a can of coke, or possibly something a bit taller.

replacing existing fridge and not sure if SS finish would match DW and stove but looks good.

The only problem I have is it doesn’t make much ice

I found this in the open box section of my store. It was just what we needed, and the store staff was outstanding.

Best Buy was wonderful to work with during our kitchen remodel. They bent over backwards to accommodate us. They have the do whatever it takes attitude to please us.

If you're looking for a counter depth refrigerator, and you have a fairly narrow opening to put it into, this is the one you want. The zero clearance feature is great. Having ice and water through the door is convenient, but this also has an additional ice maker in the lower freezer section which can also make craft ice. For being a counter depth unit it has a great deal of room, and the drawer and shelf layout makes organization easy.

The refrigerator so far has operated as it should. It is a good looking appliance that fits in nicely. The zero clearance doors are a convenient addition. It is replacing a full depth LG model that had the compressor replaced twice in five years. Finally they said that it was finished. Because of my Geek Squad plan, I was able to receive money towards a new model. The only reason that it did not get % stars is because I'm still getting used this model not having some of the niceties of the full size model, and obviously the extra space.
